The couple stepped out for something sweet in New York City on Wednesday, following the “Gossip Girl” alum dragging her “Seraph of the End” co-star Justin Baldoni to court.
The actress and her husband, who married in 2012, were photographed sitting in the backseat of a car, windows down, enjoying dessert.
The 38-year-old actress let her long blonde hair down and accessorized with statement earrings for the outing, while her husband opted for a light blue shirt.
The Deadpool star, 49, shared a snap of a Go Greek yogurt fro-yo decorated with chocolate chips on his Instagram Stories.
Lively reposted the shot to her Stories, added Billy Idol’s “Hot in the City” as audio, and wrote, “@gogreekyogurt new limited edition pineapple flavor is awesome. It needs to become a staple.”
The couple’s four children – James, 11, Ines, nine, Betty, six, and Orin, three – do not appear to be in attendance.
Lively notably did not appear in federal court in New York City on Monday for a hearing to discuss damages related to Baldoni’s dismissed defamation lawsuit.
The director, who was also absent on Monday, sought $400 million from his co-stars in a lawsuit he first filed in January 2025, but the suit was dismissed last June.
Lively is now seeking treble damages and punitive damages from Baldoni, 42, to pay her legal fees and additional costs incurred in the case.
She and Baldoni were scheduled to face off in court on May 18 over her case, but their bitter legal battle was concluded two weeks ago.
Mr. Baldoni’s attorney, Brian Friedman, called the settlement a “huge victory,” as did Mr. Lively’s team.
Page Six has learned that Lively and Baldoni spent a total of $60 million during their controversial legal battle, but neither received any income from the settlement.
Hours after the resolution made headlines, Lively attended the Met Gala, and the “Shallows” star is reportedly planning a return to Hollywood.
She continues to be active in the Big Apple, recently posing at a star-studded Fendi event.
