“Euphoria” finished with 8.7 million viewers in three days on HBO and HBO Max, a slight increase from its season 3 premiere.
Warner Bros. Discovery did not release weekly viewership totals for Euphoria Season 3, but reported that the first episode of the final season reached 8.5 million viewers in three days, a 44% increase from the season 2 premiere on January 22. That means Sunday night’s series finale, titled “In God We Trust,” is up 2% from its Season 3 premiere.
“Euphoria” Season 3 episodes have been watched by an average of 25 million people to date. This is a 17% increase compared to the average viewership that season 2 achieved in the same amount of time. For comparison to another 2026 drama series on HBO Max, “The Pit” reached 9.7 million viewers in its Season 2 finale earlier this year, averaging over 15.4 million viewers at that point. It should be noted that “The Pit” is measured only in US viewership, whereas “Euphoria” viewership is measured worldwide.
“Euphoria” follows high school students as they navigate drugs, sex, trauma and friendship, while Season 3 picks up the story several years after graduation. The series was created, directed, and executive produced by Sam Levinson. The cast included Zendaya, Sidney Sweeney, Jacob Elordi, Maude Apatow, Alexa Demme, Hunter Schaefer, and more.
