Eminem’s ex-wife Kim Scott suffered slurred speech and is said to have drunk nearly three times the legal limit when she was arrested for drunk driving last week.
Scott allegedly crashed into a parked car in Mount Clemens, Michigan, was unable to steady his footing and smelled of alcohol when he was pulled over, according to a police report obtained by TMZ on Tuesday.
Troopers said she admitted to having consumed alcohol several hours earlier, and a breathalyzer test showed her blood alcohol level was 0.204, above the state legal limit of 0.8.
Scott, 51, cooperated with officers as he was taken into custody and taken to the police station, where he allegedly blew a BAC of .176 and .181.
The arrest occurred Wednesday night, and Scott was booked into the Macomb County Jail the next day, the outlet previously reported.
She was later released from prison.
Scott’s arrest came days after he appeared in court on similar charges.
On May 11, she pleaded no contest to driving while impaired and failing to report an accident that occurred in February.
In the previous incident, Scott was allegedly taking his son Parker and his friends shopping when they collided with another parked car.
However, neighbors say Scott fled the scene and crashed into a garage door when he returned home, TMZ reported.
At the time, she was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
According to body camera footage, bottles of soda and alcohol were found in Scott’s car and he was given a breathalyzer test.
Scott’s sentencing for the February crash will be handed down next month.
She and Eminem, who have children Hailey Jade Mathers, 30, Alaina Marie Scott, 33, and Stevie Lane Mathers, 24, married in 1999 but divorced two years later.
The two later remarried in January 2006, but the “Mockingbird” rapper, 53, filed for divorce three months later.
