Drake fights back.
The rapper shocked fans on Friday with the release of three new albums, “Iceman,” “Habibti,” and “Made of Honor,” which are filled with digs at other celebrities, including longtime rival Kendrick Lamar.
After the pair threw jabs at each other on diss songs like “Not Like Us” and “Family Matters,” Drake, 39, escalated their feud by making a number of scathing comments about Lamar, 38, in his new song.
Fans took to social media to decipher Drake’s lyrics and point out all the shots he took towards other celebrities.
Here are all the celebrities Drake dissed about his new album.
kendrick lamar
In his song “Make Them Pay,” Drake sings about Lamar’s defamation lawsuit against his record label UMG in 2025 for releasing “Not Like Us,” which called Drake a “pedophile.”
In a now-dismissed lawsuit, Drake claimed that UMG illegally promoted the song’s popularity.
“Damn, who the hell is this guy/I think he’s a magician/100 million streams gone, no one questioned,” Drake raps on “Make Them Pay.”
In “Make Them Remember,” Drake mocks Lamar’s height by mentioning 5-foot-3 NBA star Muggsy Bogues.
“And Muggsy Bogues dunked it once. Even I was a little surprised,” he says.
Drake also explores Lamar’s public image on his album Iceman, singing, “White kids feel guilty so I listen to you, and it fills my soul.”
And on “Dust,” Drake raps about forgetting Lamar’s diss track, “I wonder what year it was when you said you were slapping ’cause I don’t remember it being like that, I don’t remember a word of your rap.”
J Cole
J. Cole was caught in limbo when he dissed the “big three” of modern rap, including Drake and Lamar, on “Make Them Pay.”
“Well, the big three just had too many chefs in the kitchen and it was confusing from the get-go,” Drake says.
Elsewhere in the song, Drake seems to hint that J. Cole isn’t on his side in the drama with Lamar.
“I endured 10T and accepted the mission ’cause death was better than submission,” Drake sings. “How can you press the ignition and allow past memories to influence your decisions?”
Jay-Z
Drake has criticized Jay-Z in multiple songs, including “Janice STFU,” in which he accuses the Roc Nation founder and other veteran artists of not embracing the new guard.
“We already know how the OGs rock, no, the jig’s up,” Drake raps.
In “Whisper My Name,” Drake alludes to a social media debate about whether someone would have dinner with Jay-Z or take home $500,000 in cash.
“It costs $500,000 instead of dinner, I never learned from anyone,” Drake sings.
DJ Khaled
In “Make Them Play,” Drake criticizes DJ Khaled for not joining in speaking out in support of Palestine.
“Khaled, you know what I mean. Beef is totally live and you’ve moved to Halal…and your people are still waiting for ‘Free Palestine’ but apparently not everything is black and white, red and green. I see everyone’s true colors,” Drake raps.
a$ap rocky and rihanna
In ‘Burning Bridges’, Drake appears to diss Rihanna and her partner A$AP Rocky, whom he dated on and off from 2009 to 2016, for not releasing new music in 10 years.
“Hey, baby mama hasn’t even posted your single, so where is she?” the lyrics state.
rick ross
“Make Them Pay” clearly disses Rick Ross with the line, “Hey, I was helping Adin Ross stream before he streamed.”
Three albums in advance, Page Six exclusively asked Ross, 50, about his position with Drake, to which he replied, “It’s nothing.”
Ross also teased that a diss track will appear on his 12th studio album, Set in Stone, which will be released next month.
“It’s always a diss track,” he told us. “If it wasn’t, it wouldn’t be fun. To me, that competitive spirit is what made hip-hop hip-hop. Hip-hop has to be competitive.”
Dr. Dre
On “1 a.m. Albany,” Drake appears to suggest that Dr. Dre should go to jail.
“If Drake brought out an AK, he’d probably go to jail, judging by the spelling of his name,” he raps.
pharrell williams
In “Make Them Pay,” Drake brags about owning jewelry from Virginia Beach native Pharrell Williams.
“I’ve got all the chains they repeat in Virginia/I’ve got precious possessions, I’m possessive over n-as,” Drake sings.
lebron james
Drake took direct aim at LeBron James on “1 AM In Albany” despite their longtime friendship.
“I wouldn’t be shocked to see you in that arena because you’ve always made a career out of changing teams,” Drake says.
“Stop asking what’s going on with 23 and me. I’m a real inactive, but he’s not. It’s in my DNA.”
