Savannah Guthrie shared a poignant message online as the search for her mother, Nancy Guthrie, approaches 100 days.
On Wednesday, the “Today” show host shared a Bible verse from @lordverses to his Instagram Story.
“Luke 18:1. ‘No matter how hopeless life seems, keep praying. God can change your entire life in an instant,'” the post read, set to the tune of James Quinn’s “Lark.”
Savannah added at the end of her message: “Take her home ❤️🙏🏻.”
Nancy’s whereabouts remain unknown, and Savannah’s post comes three days after she shared a heartbreaking Mother’s Day message on Instagram.
The 54-year-old journalist captioned an Instagram reel of a touching moment with Nancy and her grandchildren and children, adding: “Mother, daughter, sister, nonnie.”
“We miss you with every breath. We will never stop looking for you. We will never be at peace until we find you,” Savannah added.
“We need help. We know someone can make a difference. Call 1800CALLFBI. Rewards are still available if you remain anonymous.”
The lawyer concluded his post by pleading for the mother’s return.
“Please continue to pray. Let’s bring her home,” she wrote.
Nancy, 84, was first reported missing from her home in Tucson, Arizona, on February 1st.
While investigating Nancy’s disappearance, authorities found blood stains on the front porch.
Weeks after her disappearance, the FBI released horrifying home security camera photos that showed an armed and masked figure outside Nancy’s door the night she disappeared.
Video and photos showed a person wearing gloves standing at Nancy’s front door and tampering with the door camera.
Last month, Savannah returned to her gig on the “Today” show after taking several months off to help search for her mother.
On Monday’s episode of the NBC talk show, Savannah announced that she is the host of the new Wordle game show.
