Dylan Sprouse stopped a trespasser at this Los Angeles home on Friday morning.
According to the Los Angeles Times, Mr. Sprouse tackled a man on his lawn around 12:30 a.m. Friday after his wife, Victoria’s Secret model Barbara Palvin, called police to report a “creepy man” on their property. TMZ reported that anonymous sources said Sprouse held the trespasser at gunpoint until police arrived.
The Times reported that the suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant and that no one was injured in the altercation. The alleged trespasser did not enter Sprouse and Palvin’s home, but only entered the property.
Representatives for Sprouse did not immediately respond to Variety’s request for comment.
Sprouse is perhaps best known for co-starring with his twin brother Cole in the Disney Channel series The Suite Life of Zack and Cody. The sitcom spawned a spin-off series, The Suite Life on Deck, and a 2011 TV movie. Recent work includes films such as “Surrender,” “Under Fire,” “Behind the Line,” “Aftermath,” “Beautiful Disaster,” “Beautiful Wedding,” and “The Duel.”
Although the two have not worked together on screen in over a decade, Dylan said in 2019 that he would be open to working with Cole again, as long as the project didn’t revolve around them being twins.
“Yes, we would definitely be open to working together again,” Sprouse said. “I don’t think we’ll ever work as twins again, cast in roles, etc. But I think it’s okay for us both to work together, whatever that means.”
