Lisa Hochstein reposted cryptic social media slideshow after facing criminal charges.
The “Real Housewives of Miami” star, 43, shared a breakdown of the “strategic timing” of the “smear campaign” on her Instagram Story on Monday.
“He does not release damaging information at random. He chooses the timing for maximum destruction: before court dates, career milestones, and custody hearings,” the bulleted list read.
The diagram concludes that “the goal is to cause the most damage at the most vulnerable moments.”
Hochstein added nothing to the repost.
Representatives for Hochstein and her ex-husband, Lenny Hochstein, did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.
Lisa’s upload came hours after Page Six reported that the Bravolebrity and her ex-boyfriend Jodie Glidden were charged with one count each of wiretapping, oral and electronic communication interception.
Glidden, in particular, was arrested last month.
A lawyer for the former couple said: “This matter is part of a contentious divorce proceeding and does not belong in criminal court.”
According to court documents obtained by Page Six, the reality star and Glidden “unlawfully and intentionally” intercepted, attempted to intercept, or caused someone to intercept “oral statements of Lisa’s ex-husband, Leonard ‘Lenny’ Hochstein, and persons with whom Lenny spoke.”
The alleged activity occurred between March 12, 2023 and March 31, 2023.
Lisa was married to Renee from 2009 to 2022 and they share son Logan, 10, and daughter Elle, 5.
Their divorce proceedings quickly became controversial, and in March 2023, the same month that Lisa went public with her relationship with Glidden, Renee accused Lisa of using a “wiretapping device” in his car to “monitor” his phone calls.
Lisa denied the allegations at the time, telling Page Six they were “nonsense.”
As the legal battle rages on, the two accuse each other of infidelity and abuse, and Renee sued her ex-girlfriend for defamation in December 2023.
The two finalized their divorce in November of the following year.
Lisa was dating Glidden at the time, but the couple has since broken up, something Lisa seemingly confirmed in an Instagram caption in February.
“My life has been so busy these past few months, with so many changes and emotions,” she wrote at the time.
Lenny moved on to model Alena Kovalenko last summer after an on-and-off relationship with ex-fiancée Katarina Mazepa.
