Kim Zolciak was ordered to complete treatment before seeing her and Kroy Biermann’s children again.
Their four minor children will live with Biermann starting April 3 until the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum completes her mandatory four parent therapy sessions, according to court documents obtained by TMZ on Friday.
According to the court order, the earliest Zolciak, 47, can be reunited with his children – Kroy Jr., 14, Kash, 13, and twins Kaia and Kane, 12, is April 13.
The new ruling comes just days after Bielman, 40, requested sole custody of the couple’s children, citing her ex-husband’s “failure to perform basic child-rearing responsibilities.”
According to court records obtained by TMZ on Monday, Biermann asked the judge to modify the joint custody arrangement.
According to the outlet, the retired footballer also claimed that the Don’t Be Tardy star had been out of the country for several weeks.
He reportedly argued that “the facts surrounding[Zolciak’s]misparenting of the children, lack thereof, and blatant mismanagement of basic parenting responsibilities are virtually unbelievable to anyone unaware of the circumstances.”
Biermann later accused the reality star of “fraud and deceit” in agreeing to the current joint custody agreement, and claimed that Zolciak took advantage of her parenting time only once, from February 26 to March 29.
According to the player’s complaint, Zolciak was with his children on March 9 when one of the children was bitten by the dog.
According to TMZ, even though the two signed a temporary custody agreement early last month, Biermann claimed that Zolciak was not following the agreed-upon treatment terms.
In a statement to Page Six, the Bravo veteran denounced his ex-girlfriend’s demands, saying, “These accusations are completely false and nothing more than a deliberate attempt by Kroy to smear my character. I worked on two television shows five weeks apart to support my family and ensure my children were taken care of. I can never apologize for this.”
“I refuse to be bullied or to have lies twisted into a narrative about who I am. I will not remain silent. The truth is on my side and will always come out, no matter how hard someone tries to hide it.”
However, the bitter battle between Zolciak and Biermann has been going on for more than two years, with Biermann previously filing for sole custody of the child in August 2025.
In her filing, she reportedly accused Zolciak of subjecting her children to “emotional and psychological abuse” and claimed that her ex-husband repeatedly neglected them without “adequate parental guidance.”
Zolciak and Biermann first filed for divorce in May 2023 after 11 years of marriage.
The earlier charges were temporarily settled until Biermann is re-indicted in August 2023.
In addition to her four children, Bierman also adopted Zolciak’s two daughters, Brielle, 29, and Ariana, 24, from a previous relationship.
Zolciak and Bierman continued to live together in a mansion in Georgia after separating in 2023, but in April 2025 they were forced to leave the seized property by federal marshals.
Meanwhile, Zolciak is reportedly dating Atlanta-based entrepreneur Kyle Mowitz.
After the two became romantically involved in March 2025, Biermann allegedly contacted the businessman’s estranged wife, Gillian Green, and warned her that Zolciak would “economically…siphon money” from Mowitz.
