Fresh off debuting her collaboration with As Ever and High Camp Supply, Meghan Markle made a rare red carpet appearance last night at the Children’s Rights Alliance’s 34th Annual Children’s Champions event. Meghan opted for a minimalist look, wearing a navy silk cady Ralph Lauren dress with gold accessories, including vintage Chanel button earrings and a Cartier Love bracelet. As noted by Women’s Wear Daily, Meghan wore a gold Cartier Tank Française watch that belonged to Princess Diana, a subtle homage to her late mother-in-law, Princess Diana.
Earlier this week, Meghan shared an exclusive look at the As Ever film launch, which also featured her children Archie and Lilibet. Lili and Duchess Meghan wore matching white outfits.
In November, Meghan gave rare insight into her family life to Harper’s Bazaar. Reflecting on her parenting, she said, “I’m a mom with kids at an age where they’re always learning new things. Every day I see my kids face things that seem completely insurmountable. But all I can remember to say is, ‘I know it’s really hard right now, but trust me, it’ll come quickly and easily.'”
She also spoke fondly of her marriage to Prince Harry. “He loves me so boldly and with all his might. He also sees different media than I do, so he has a different perspective,” she said. “I know he will always support me because there is no one in the world who loves me more than him.”
She said her husband is a person with “a childlike sense of wonder and playfulness.” “I was really attracted to that and he brought that out in me, and it’s reflected in every part of our lives. Even in business, we want us to play and have fun and explore and be creative.”
