Teyana Taylor isn’t done yet.
Teyana Taylor, who was on stage to accept Best Picture for One Battle After Another, hit the red carpet at the Vanity Fair Oscar Party 2026 wearing an elegant white Chanel dress and matching satin shoes.
Dripping with chain straps, the dress highlights a dramatic open back and is accented with a matching choker necklace, nodding to the brand’s signature handbag.
The 35-year-old actress and singer wore a celestial dress that featured a crystal-encrusted star on her shoulder blade, showing off her collection of tattoos that span her spine, ribcage and forearm. Tiffany diamond earrings added extra sparkle to the look.
Earlier in the evening, Taylor walked the Oscars red carpet in another Chanel design. This time it was a black and white feathered dress with a mesh panel at the waist. She played resistance fighter Paphidia in Paul Thomas Anderson’s political thriller, for which she was nominated for Best Supporting Actress at the ceremony.
After leaving the Vanity Fair party, Taylor changed into her third look of the night for a party at Craig’s Restaurant in West Hollywood. Schiaparelli’s set came off the runway, highlighting her chiseled abs.
Dubbed the “squiggly knit” by the brand, it consisted of a wool and cashmere top with billowing leather-trimmed fabric and gold snaps, paired with a matching midi pencil skirt and black gloves.
She completed her look with Schiaparelli trompe l’oeil gold toe mules ($4,100).
The Harlem native is a regular at VF parties, bringing a different fashion personality to the bash each year. For 2023, she injected her personal flair into a menswear-inspired look with a sheer blouse, pinstriped pants, and gold metal bib, accessorizing with Vivienne Westwood jewelry.
In 2025, she went all out in a cherry red Laquan Smith gown made from sheer power mesh with a cutout at the hip and a ruffled tulle skirt that took the carpet by storm.
This year’s appearance caps an awards season that has cemented her status as a red carpet powerhouse. Taylor won her first Golden Globe in a custom Schiaparelli dress with crystal-encrusted laces, and switched to a full-coverage Burberry trench coat dress at the BAFTAs.
At the Actor’s Awards earlier this month, she stunned in a Thom Browne trompe l’oeil “naked” dress as she fixed the train on the carpet with her daughter Lou Rose Shumpert, 5.
Off the carpet, Taylor appeared on the cover of Vanity Fair’s Winter 2026 issue, posing as the Statue of Liberty wearing a Ralph Lauren and custom made baud pearl crown. In an accompanying interview, she talked about the “All’s Fair” group chat she shares with Kim Kardashian, Naomi Watts, Sarah Paulson and Glenn Close.
“When you’re on set with all the girls, there’s a group chat and you’re just chatting and just having a ball,” Taylor told the magazine. “I was like, ‘Oh my god, does anyone have this? Oh my god, Kim, I want you to call Skims. I need a bra ASAP.'”
