Former adult entertainer Sarah Tena claims she was in a secret relationship with Timothée Chalamet and was “blindsided” by his relationship with Kylie Jenner.
The 32-year-old’s non-exclusive romance with the “Marty Serpeem” star allegedly began in January 2020, when Tena slipped into Chalamet’s DMs from his professional account after seeing him perform in “The King.”
“I thought, ‘Oh, who is this actor?’ Because I had never seen him before, so I looked him up on Instagram,” she told the Daily Mail.
“I thought, ‘Oh, this guy is handsome,’ and then a few weeks go by and he posts a story,” Tena said.
Tena claimed she became persistent in trying to get Chalamet’s attention by sending messages to him online, but it wasn’t until three months later that she finally heard back from the Oscar nominee.
“I wanted to talk to him and he really liked what I gave back…and he just loved it,” she claimed.
In May of the same year, Tena claimed that Shalamat, 30, sent her messages and they exchanged phone numbers. When she told the “Dune” actor she was in Los Angeles, they decided to meet that night.
Tena told the Daily Mail that she was also “nervous” to meet Chalamet, and revealed that the meet-and-greet took place at the Golden Globe winner’s friend’s beachfront home in Santa Monica, California.
Tena claimed that he and Chalamet hit it off right away, and they talked about their love of movies over wine.
She even claimed that the “Wonka” actor serenaded her with a Bob Dylan song. (Chalamet was officially announced in January 2020 to be cast as the “Like a Rolling Stone” crooner in A Completely Unknown.)
“I went there and he had this whole script for the Bob Dylan role and I thought, ‘What is this?’ and he said, ‘It’s for Bob Dylan, I’m going to play him,’ and I thought, ‘That’s so cool,'” Tena claimed.
“He played me some songs and they were great. He had been practicing for probably a month,” she told the Daily Mail.
Tena claimed that Chalamet “made the first move” and that she “stayed with him that night.” According to the magazine, they “had a wonderful, wonderful time.”
It is said that they started meeting almost every other month.
In June 2022, Tena told the Daily Mail that she told Chalamet how she really felt. “I knew we both had feelings. That’s why it lasted this long.”
“But I finally expressed my feelings, so I told him that I had feelings for him, and he did as well. We both did,” she added.
“I was in love with Timothy, yes. I didn’t say those exact words to him. I said, ‘I have feelings for you,’ and pretty much expressed that I wanted to continue. I told him that I wanted it to be more consistent…I wanted it to be a place where we made more time for each other. New York kind of sealed that for me.”
In January of the following year, Tena said she wished Chalamet a happy birthday, and that Chalamet simply “added a heart” to the message.
But less than three weeks later, the Call Me By Your Name star was spotted mingling with Jenner, 28, at Jean Paul Gaultier’s Paris Fashion Week show. In April 2023, photos were released of the “Kardashian” star’s Range Rover outside Chalamet’s home in Beverly Hills, California.
The award-winning actor and Jenner have since taken things public, appearing together at several events including the US Open, Golden Globe Awards, and Critics’ Choice Awards.
“I had seen him dating Kylie Jenner and I was very confused about that,” Tena told the Daily Mail.
“At first I thought it was fake news, then I thought maybe it was PR. But now I’m starting to think maybe they’re dating. I don’t know… it just doesn’t make sense,” she said.
Tena believes she has nothing in common with Jenner other than being a mother, but claimed to the Daily Mail that Chalamet’s quick move to reality star was “disrespectful”.
“I miss him so much. I haven’t seen him in years and I really miss him,” she told the magazine.
“I was depressed and a little sad about the whole thing because I was like, ‘Wow, I might never see him again,’ and I was always so sure about him and me and it turned out to be the complete opposite,” Tena added.
“I never thought he and I would stop talking because we also had a friendship. He’s changed. I know he’s changed. Hollywood changes people.”
She also claimed that she believes Chalamet is fully committed to Jenner because “if he had had an open relationship with her, we would still be seeing each other.”
