Brittany Snow’s fiancé Hunter Moreno surprised her with a lavish dinner with friends to celebrate her 40th birthday.
Snow, Moreno and their “Wives of the Hunt” co-stars enjoyed a multi-course dinner at Zero George’s The Restaurant in Charleston, South Carolina, a source told Page Six on Tuesday.
“Hunter was very sweet and they were very affectionate,” the source said, adding that the cameraman “did most of the planning” with the help of castmates Malin Akerman and Evan Jonigkeit.
In addition to Ackermann and Jonigkeit, Dermot Mulroney, Jamie Ray Newman, George Ferrier and director Maggie Kiley also attended the celebration. (I heard the Netflix show is currently filming season 2.)
The party was held in a private dining room where guests enjoyed a menu featuring executive chef Vinson Petrillo’s signature dishes, including Regis Oba caviar, oysters and Margaret River Wagyu beef.
Sources said Moreno provided “decorative details,” from the seafoam green color scheme to white lilies and ocean-scented candles.
I heard that the birthday girl and Hunter arrived at the venue in a pedicab.
The “Pitch Perfect” actress, whose actual birthday was Monday, expressed her gratitude for the soirée in a sweet post on her Instagram Story on Monday.
“Spent the most beautiful weekend in Charleston with my ‘hunting wife’ family,” she wrote. “Thank you for the most perfect meal.”
Snow and Moreno started dating in 2024, and he popped the question a year later.
Although the two have kept their relationship out of the spotlight, they frequently like each other’s social media posts.
Their engagement comes three years after the “John Tucker Must Die” star finalized her divorce from Tyler Stanaland in July 2023.
The former lovers, who got married in 2020, announced that they will be separating in September 2023 after two years of marriage.
At the time, the couple released a statement saying, “This decision was made out of love and respect for each other.”
However, a source told Page Six at the time that the breakup was due to tensions over Stanaland’s involvement in the Netflix reality show “Selling the OC.”
“Anyone who knows Tyler and Brittany knows she was uncomfortable with the show,” a source said at the time. “That’s why he tried his best to separate his marriage from the show, but it just backfired.”
Another source claimed the show had “fundamentally destroyed their marriage”.
