Carl Radke is officially ready to mingle!
The “Summer House” dude recently welcomed Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” hosts Danny Murphy and Evan Real to Greenpoint, Brooklyn, for a “soft launch” of his much-anticipated new venture, Soft Bar.
The special event, sponsored by Mingle Mocktails, introduced the reality star’s new non-alcoholic cafe and bar, which Radke says helped her move on after her dramatic split from ex-fiance Lindsay Hubbard.
“It definitely gave me something to focus my passion and focus on,” Radke shared, noting that it took time to heal and find closure.
During Friday night’s event, Mr. Radke gave Mr. Murphy and Mr. Leal a personal tour of the industrial-chic space, pointing out its 20-foot-high ceilings, vintage Italian furniture, and distinctive long green bar.
Guests, including “Summer House: Martha’s Vineyard” stars Nick Arrington and Jasmine Ellis Cooper, as well as comedians Anna Roisman and Andrea Lopez, cheered Radke on and celebrated his new chapter while sipping Mingle mocktails.
Designed to be a community hub, Soft Bar seamlessly transitions from a coffee shop by day to a moody lounge by night.
Radke, who got sober after his brother died of an overdose in August 2020, emphasized that the menu goes far beyond basic juices, offering an extensive non-alcoholic wine program and “soft cocktails” packed with functional ingredients such as adaptogens and nootropics.
“When you say ‘mocktail’ it sounds like you’re making fun of something, but we don’t do ‘mocktails’ here,” the 41-year-old reality star explained of the upscale menu. “We make soft cocktails, and we feel that the soft cocktails we serve contain ingredients like electrolytes, vitamins, and mushrooms, rather than psychedelics.”
Of course, the conversation wasn’t just about drinks. Radke happily opened up about her love life, admitting that she is currently dating and has her “eyes open.”
Page Six For the latest on reality TV…
He even admitted that the soft bar has become a convenient “pre-date” spot where people can talk while drinking non-alcoholic beverages.
He also addressed the tumultuous current season of “Summer House,” particularly the marital drama between co-stars Kyle Cooke and Amanda Batula.
“It’s been a tough situation, and my heart goes out to Kyle and (Amanda) for their accomplishments,” Radke said of the couple, who announced their split last month.
However, he assured fans that he believes Cook and Batula are in good hands amidst the divorce and will eventually “stand up” separately post-divorce.
When it comes to his future on our television screens, Radke is looking outside of the Hamptons.
He said he’s open to joining “The Bachelor,” but his ultimate reality TV dream is to join the cast of “Dancing with the Stars.”
“Summer House” airs Tuesdays at 8pm ET on Bravo, with new episodes streaming the following day on Peacock.
