CBS and Zynga are teaming up to bring “Survivor” into the hands of fans in a multi-title mobile game partnership tied to the show’s groundbreaking 50th season debut.
The collaboration marks the first time in the franchise’s 25-year history that “Survivor” has been integrated into a mobile game, with themed events and gameplay spread across several Zynga titles. Participating games include Words With Friends, Zynga Poker, Two Dots, FarmVille 3 and Dragon City, with content starting around the season premiere this month and continuing throughout the season.
“Survivor 50” begins with a three-hour premiere on February 25th from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM ET/PT on CBS and streaming on Paramount+. The Milestone season features 24 returning castaways from the series’ history and introduces fan-driven elements that allow viewers to influence the game for the first time.
Zynga’s integration is designed to reflect Survivor’s signature combination of strategy, competition, and puzzles. “Words With Friends” will spotlight word-based challenges inspired by the show, and “Zynga Poker” will host viewing events tied to weekly episodes. Two Dots, FarmVille 3, and Dragon City will each introduce limited-time challenges, themed rewards, and season-long events tailored to the series.
The partnership also includes a “Zynga Poker” sweepstakes that offers players a chance to win a trip for two to the live “Survivor 50” finale in Los Angeles.
Hosted by five-time Emmy Award winner Jeff Probst, “Survivor 50” celebrates the series’ heritage while branching out into new interactive territory, extending the long-running reality competition beyond television and directly into the fan-favorite game.
