Jessica Alba and boyfriend Danny Ramirez couldn’t keep their hands off each other while in the ocean in Miami Beach on Monday.
For the extended Valentine’s Day celebration, Alba, 44, wore a red and leopard-print bikini, gold hoops, sunglasses and a brown trucker hat that read “On the Road.”
Ramirez, 33, wore red swimming trunks and a trucker’s hat with the word “Lucky” written on it and a drawing of a duck on the other half of his body.
In the water, the “Top Gun: Maverick” actor held the “Fantastic Four” actress in his arms as they shared a laugh.
Other images showed the couple kissing and cuddling in the water. At one point, Ramirez kissed Alba’s hand as they strolled on the beach.
The “Honey” actress also soaked up the sun, swam in the ocean and relaxed in a beach chair on Sunday.
Alba’s Miami vacation comes on the heels of the star’s divorce from Cash Warren, 47, being finalized on Friday.
According to court documents filed by producers and obtained by Page Six, the former lovers will not pay each other spousal support.
However, according to TMZ, Warren will be paid $3 million to equalize the asset allocation. Alba will pay $1.5 million in two installments. The first payment will be made now and the second payment will be made in one year.
Alba and Warren, who married in 2008, have three children, daughters Honor (17) and Haven (14), and son Hayes (8).
The pair first separated in 2024, a year before Alba filed for divorce from Warren after 16 years of marriage.
A source told People magazine at the time that the exes, who first met on the set of Fantastic Four in Vancouver in 2004, remain “friends and all about their kids.”
“No matter what’s going on right now, it looks like they’ll remain close,” the source said. “If they’re filing for divorce, it’s not because of any hateful drama. They still seem happy together. But over the years, Jess has stated that it’s hard to maintain the spark.”
Alba has been linked to Ramirez ever since they were spotted kissing while out in London’s Regent’s Park in May 2025.
In July 2025, Alba and Ramirez were photographed packing on the PDA outside the “Captain America” actor’s Los Angeles home.
Over the summer, Warren gave his opinion on Alba’s new relationship, telling TMZ simply, “I’m happy for her.”
