Jessica Alba and Cash Warren have officially finalized their divorce two years after they separated.
According to court documents filed by Warren on Friday and obtained by TMZ, the exes, who married in 2008, will not pay each other spousal support.
However, $3 million will be paid to Warren to smooth out the distribution of assets. Alba will pay $1.5 million in two installments. The first time is now and the second time is in a year.
Page Six has reached out to lawyers for Alba, 44, and Warren, 47, for comment.
Alba and Warren, who have daughters Honor Marie (17) and Haven Garner (14) and son Hayes Alba (8), first separated in 2024.
In January 2025, Alba filed for divorce from Warren after 16 years of marriage and 20 years of cohabitation.
“I have been on a journey of self-actualization and transformation for years, both personally and in partnership with Cash,” she began on Instagram at the time.
“I’m proud of how we’ve grown in our marriage over the last 20 years, and now it’s time to embark on a new chapter of personal growth and evolution.”
Nodding to her children, Alba added, “We are moving forward with love, kindness and respect for each other and will forever remain a family. Our children remain our top priority and we request privacy at this time.”
Following the news, a source told People that the two remain “friends and their only focus is on their children.”
“Regardless of what’s going on, it looks like they’ll continue to be close,” the source added. “If they’re filing for divorce, it’s not because of any hateful drama. They still seem happy together. But over the years, Jess has stated that it’s hard to maintain the spark.”
The two first met on the set of “Fantastic Four” in Vancouver in 2004.
Alba starred as the iconic Sue Storm, and Warren served as the director’s assistant on set.
Alba is currently dating actor Danny Ramirez, 33, and the two are in a romantic relationship.
Rumors of a romance first surfaced in May 2025 when the pair were spotted kissing while out in London’s Regent’s Park.
In July 2025, the couple was photographed packing on the PDA outside Ramirez’s home in Los Angeles.
As for Mr. Warren, it was reported in August 2025 that he was dating model Hana San Doerr (25 years old).
Photos obtained by Page Six showed the film producer and the cover star out for dinner in Los Angeles at the time.
Earlier that summer, Warren addressed Alba’s new romance, telling TMZ, “I’m happy for her.”
When asked if he was also involved in the dating scene, he shyly laughed and replied, “No, if anyone is, please let me know.”
