Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni were photographed arriving at Federal District Court in Manhattan on Wednesday morning for one last chance to resolve their legal battle ahead of their May trial.
The “It Ends with Us” co-stars sported eerily similar ensembles at their court-ordered settlement conference.
The “Gossip Girl” alum wore an olive green outfit and completed her look with a pink and white button-up, a striped green cardigan, and boots.
The actress carried a green handbag and accessorized her suit jacket with a flower pin.
Baldoni paired her green coat with a pink scarf.
While Lively appeared solo, the “Jane the Virgin” alum appeared with wife Emily Baldoni in an all-brown ensemble.
The couple, who married in July 2013 and have two children, approached the courthouse hand in hand.
Justin and Lively’s private hearing will be overseen by U.S. Magistrate Judge Sarah L. Cave, and will be the first time the two have faced each other in court since their legal battle began.
In August 2024, the two caused a stir when they went to press for the movie separately despite playing lovers.
Four months later, Lively accused Baldoni of sexual harassment and filed a formal complaint against Baldoni in January 2025.
The “Sharrows” star claimed he suffered at least $161 million in lost profits and damages.
Ms. Baldoni denied Ms. Lively’s claims and sued Ms. Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, later that month, but the suit was dropped over the summer.
The former co-host of the “Man Enough” podcast sought summary judgment to dismiss Lively’s lawsuit in November 2025, but Judge Lehman has not yet ruled on the motion.
Lehman will preside over the trial of Lively and Baldoni, currently scheduled for May 18th.
