Rob and Patricia Schneider are divorcing after nearly 15 years of marriage, Page Six has confirmed.
Online records show Patricia, 37, filed “Family Court with Children” papers in Maricopa County, Arizona (where the couple previously resided) on Dec. 8, 2025.
The “Saturday Night Live” alumna granted her divorce petition days later, on Dec. 12, and the former couple was ordered to attend parenting classes.
On Jan. 21, an order was filed specifying that the consent decree setting out the terms of division, including child support, parenting time and alimony, be filed confidentially as a final court order.
In documents obtained by TMZ, Patricia, 37, said their marriage was “irretrievably broken” with “no possibility of repair”. They have daughters Miranda, 13, and Madeline, 8.
Spanish news outlet TV Y Novelas first reported the comedian’s separation from his longtime spouse on Tuesday.
Rob’s rep confirmed the news to Page Six on Wednesday, but Patricia did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment on Wednesday.
The “Deuce Bigalo: Male Gigolo” star and TV producer met on the set of a show they were producing in 2007 and married in Los Angeles in April 2011.
The “Hot Chick” actor called it “the happiest day of[my]life” in comments to the Los Angeles Daily News at the time.
In a since-deleted Instagram post, Patricia celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary and gushed about her famous husband.
Alongside a beaming photo of herself with Rob, she wrote: “10 more years!!!! No one is funnier than you.” “Thank you for the beautiful babies. I love you, Para Siempre.”
In addition to his two daughters with Patricia, Rob, 62, also has an adult daughter, Elle King, 36, with ex-wife London King, whom he was married to from 1988 to 1990.
The comedian had a strained relationship with the “Ex’s & Oh’s” hitmaker, and during an appearance on Bunny Zoe’s “Dumb Blonde” podcast in 2024, she claimed that he sent her to “fat camp” when she was a child.
“Then one year I sprained my ankle and couldn’t lose any weight, so I was in trouble,” she said at the time. “It’s very toxic and very stupid.”
Rob asked for his daughter’s forgiveness. “I want to tell my daughter Elle that I love you and that I wish I was the father you needed in your 20s,” he said during an appearance on the Tucker Carlson Network.
