Welcome to Hollywood.
Sydney Sweeney climbed the iconic Hollywood sign in Los Angeles to promote her new lingerie line, according to a video obtained by TMZ.
In the clip, the “Euphoria” actress placed several bras on top of the letter H on the historic landmark while the production team filmed it.
She and her staff also went to the top of the letter to hang the bras on the clothesline.
Sources told the outlet that the move was to promote the “Housemaid” star’s new lingerie line, which is backed by billionaire Jeff Bezos.
TMZ reports that the 28-year-old received permission from FilmLA to film the Hollywood sign, but not permission to touch or climb the sign.
However, the outlet received an email from the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, which owns the famous sign, confirming that Sweeney and her team did not have permission from the organization.
The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce told the outlet that “the required permits were not obtained.”
The outlet said she was at risk of being charged with trespassing and criminal damage because she did not have a permit.
Page Six reached out to the Los Angeles Police Department, the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce and Sweeney’s representatives for comment, but did not immediately receive a response.
Last July, news surfaced that the “Anyone But You” actress was launching a lingerie line with support from Bezos and his wife Lauren Sanchez.
“This is a big project for her and something she’s been working on for the last year,” a source told Us Weekly at the time.
Last month, Sweeney was one of the many celebrities who attended the lavish wedding of the Amazon founder and Sanchez in Venice, Italy.
The actress also spent time with Orlando Bloom and Tom Brady during the wedding.
