Brooklyn Beckham’s wife Nicola Peltz remains turned away from Victoria Beckham after a video shot during Paris Fashion Week 2022 has been resurfaced.
Amid a public feud between Brooklyn Beckham and his family, the throwback clip went viral on TikTok, with social media users divided over whether Peltz, 31, was “rude.”
The footage showed Victoria, 51, and Brooklyn, 26, chatting in the background, while the actress was seen talking to another woman.
The mother-son duo got even closer, with Brooklyn even grabbing his wife’s belt loops, but the “Transformers: Age of Extinction” star didn’t turn around.
The upload’s creator claimed the video showed “Victoria is not the problem,” but most in the comments section agreed that it “literally proves nothing.”
One fan explained, “Hey, she’s in the middle of a conversation. Proper etiquette is to end the conversation more politely than anyone else.”
Another asked, “She’s literally having a conversation with someone and she has to turn her head 360 degrees?”
Some criticized Victoria’s spokesperson for reinstating the video, quipping: “Beckham’s team are really working overtime.”
Regarding those who slammed Mr. Peltz’s actions in the video, one person argued, “Even when you’re talking to someone, you want to turn your back and at least say hello and excuse yourself and say you’re talking to a friend and have a long conversation.”
Representatives from Peltz, Brooklyn and Victoria did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.
As fans scour the feuding family’s past appearances for evidence of tension, footage of the couple’s awkward red carpet appearance at the 2023 Beckham premiere has resurfaced.
At the time, Brooklyn tried to get closer to her mother while posing for photos, but the former Spice Girls member remained adamant.
Brooklyn seemed perplexed by this diss, adjusting his suit multiple times as he pulled his hard-faced partner into a group shot.
The “Cooking with Brooklyn” star took to her Instagram Story on Monday to slam Victoria and her father, David Beckham, at length, but has yet to directly address her parents.
The Beckhams have been rumored to have had a rift for years, and Brooklyn has publicly stated that she doesn’t want to reconcile with her family.
He accused his parents of trying to “ruin” his romance with Peltz, whom he has been dating since late 2019.
The couple got engaged in 2020 and tied the knot in Florida two years later.
