Brooklyn Beckham and his wife Nicola Peltz’s “special” first wedding dance was thrown into chaos after his mother Victoria Beckham “nuzzled” her son’s neck on the reception dance floor, causing the bride to run off in tears, a source tells Page Six.
On Monday, the 26-year-old popular entrepreneur wrote in a shocking Instagram post how Victoria, 51, “hijacked” his “first dance” with his wife, adding: “She did a very inappropriate dance on me in front of everyone.”
It is now being said that this was not the couple’s first dance, but happened after they, their families, and other guests had been dancing for a while, when singer Marc Anthony took to the stage to perform.
Anthony was supposed to introduce the couple and then dance on a specially created stage.
A second wedding official said, “It was supposed to be a grand and romantic first dance.” “It was preordained for Nicola and Brooklyn.”
Instead, Marc Anthony, a longtime friend of the Beckham family, called Brooklyn to dance with “the most beautiful woman in the room,” meaning Victoria rather than the bride.
The first guest told Page Six that Victoria “got on stage and put her arm around Brooklyn” and “nuzzled his neck.”
“She was dancing with him very inappropriately. She stole the moment from Nicola. That’s God’s truth.”
The guest added: “Nicola ran away crying. Beckham’s side of the room was cheering, but Peltz’s side was quiet.
“Nicola’s friends were saying, ‘You have to come down now.’ Her face was swollen. She finally came down, but she was sad for the rest of the night and it was heartbreaking.”
“I have never felt so disgusted and humiliated in my entire life,” Brooklyn said in a statement.
Brooklyn married billionaire heiress Nicola, 31, in April 2022 at her parents Nelson and Claudia Peltz’s Palm Beach mansion. We’re told the Peltzes paid for a band to build a stage specifically for Marc Anthony, who performed his hit song “You Sant Me.”
But other sources insist there was no “hijacking” of the couple’s first dance, telling Page Six that Nicola and Brooklyn had already danced together, with Nicola dancing with her father.
David Beckham was soon joined by his wife Victoria and son Brooklyn, and daughter Harper also took to the stage.
“It was basically a family dance,” a wedding official said, denying there was anything “inappropriate” about Victoria’s behavior.

In a statement, Brooklyn also wrote how her mother, who has her own fashion line, “canceled making Nicola’s dress at the 11th hour and was left scrambling to find a new one.”
Instead, Nicola and her mother, stylist Leslie Fremar, traveled to Rome to have their gowns made by former Valentino head designer Pierpaolo Piccioli.
Contrary to Brooklyn’s claims, Flemer previously told Vogue that Nicola’s wedding dress took a year to make and had two fittings in the US.
Victoria is said to have asked, “Should I wear Valentino too?” — before finally choosing a design from her own line.
Asked why her mother-in-law didn’t make her a gown, Nicola told The Sunday Times in October 2022: “It’s not a feud! I keep seeing the words ‘feud, feud, feud’ everywhere.” I don’t know why you call it a feud. In other words, did they sense something? And now they’re branding it a feud? No family is perfect! ”
In a statement, Brooklyn said she was so distraught about her wedding to Nicola that they held a small private ceremony without her family in attendance at one of the Peltz family estates in Westchester County, New York, in August last year. Nicola wore her mother Claudia’s old wedding dress.
“We wanted to renew our vows so we could create new memories on our wedding day that would bring joy and happiness instead of anxiety and shame,” Brooklyn wrote on Instagram.
