Meghan Markle has shared a glimpse of her “carefree days” with husband Prince Harry and their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.
The Duchess of Sussex, 44, posted a series of clips to her Instagram Stories showing her spending quality time with her family. In the first clip, she and the Duke of Sussex, 41, can be seen dancing together on the lawn with upbeat music in the background.
In another clip set to Peaceful Reveries’ “Carefree Days,” the camera showed a handwritten farmers’ market list with colorful illustrations next to each item, and a glimpse of 4-year-old Lilibet sitting at a table.
At the bottom of the grocery list, next to some pink hearts and smiley faces, was written in crayon, “You did it!”

Another video shows 6-year-old Archie feeding a rhino during a visit to the Living Desert Zoo and Gardens in Palm Desert, California. Archie’s red hair glinted in the sunlight as he held out a small branch for the larger animal to munch on.
Meghan also shared a photo of herself wearing a bright white sweater and pants, feeding a giraffe a few lettuce leaves.

In addition to having fun adventures with her kids, the As Ever founder also shared a slice of her childhood with the world in her show “With Love, Meghan,” which premiered on Netflix in March 2025.
In the fourth episode of the series, she showed viewers how to make “sun tea” by placing tea bags in a mason jar filled with water and “leaving it out in the sun” outside, saying, “I made it as a kid and I still make it with my kids.”
In footage of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry dancing, a cup of Meghan Markle’s signature Sun Tea was spotted sitting on the grass.
In an interview with PEOPLE last year, Meghan talked about pursuing her passions, such as cooking, hostessing, and decorating, as her children continue to grow up.
“When your kids get to a certain age and you not only play in the sandbox with them, but they also mostly play in their own sandbox, that’s a great feeling,” she said at the time. “It’s a great feeling to be able to find myself again, as a woman, as a mother, as a wife, even though I’ve always been there, when my children are a little older, I haven’t been able to take care of them as much as I do now.”
