Leonardo DiCaprio and Gwyneth Paltrow have been photographed together again, 30 years after she reportedly rejected his advances.
The Oscar-winning actor, 51, and the Goop mogul, 53, reunited at the AFI Awards on Friday, January 9, at the Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles in Beverly Hills.
The A-listers posed together, smiling for the camera.
In a May 2023 interview on the Call Her Daddy podcast, the Marty Supreme star talked about romance in Hollywood, recalling how a teenage DiCaprio asked her out on a date, but she turned him down.

“No, I’ve never dated Leo,” Paltrow said. “He was trying back then too. But, you know, I felt like he was already very loose with things even at 19 years old.”
Elle noted that while the Iron Man alum didn’t say how old DiCaprio was at the time of their interaction, a photo of them together at the National Board of Review Film Awards ceremony in New York City in February 1994 suggests that Paltrow would have been around 21 years old, while the Titanic star would have been around 19.
Fast forward to 2026, and Paltrow has been married to American Horror Story co-creator Brad Falchuk since 2018.
She also has two children, Apple Martin, 21, and Moses Martin, 18, from her marriage to Coldplay frontman Chris Martin. They were married for over 10 years before breaking up in 2014.
“In some ways, my relationship with Chris is better1768026273so I think we can do that,” Paltrow told Drew Barrymore about their relationship in 2020, after previously announcing that Chris and the musician were “consciously uncoupling.”
“We really wanted to avoid trauma for our children if possible. Chris and I were determined to put our children first, and that’s harder than it looks,” the Great Expectations actress continued.
As for DiCaprio, the “actor after battle” was just spotted with his girlfriend of two years, Italian model Vittoria Ceretti, 27, at a special screening of “Son Saint Bleu” held at Soho House in Los Angeles on Wednesday, January 7th.

The pair first tied the knot in August 2023.
To ring in the new year, the Wolf of Wall Street star and Ceretti were photographed hanging out with Tom Brady and a few others on a yacht in St. Barths on Thursday, January 1st.

When Ceretti posed for the April 2025 cover of Vogue France, she told the magazine that dating a celebrity like DiCaprio was “a learning experience.”
“If what you’re going through is true, if you know you love each other, then there’s no need to worry,” she said. “Love protects and gives confidence.”
