Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have officially announced their divorce, Page Six has confirmed.
Court documents filed Tuesday and obtained by Barron’s reveal that the former couple has agreed to waive all rights to child and spousal support.
Under the agreement, the girls – Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 15 – will spend 306 days a year with the “Baby Girl” actress. Meanwhile, Urban ended up spending “every other weekend” with them.
Urban and Kidman, both 58, also agreed not to pay child support, citing their reported monthly incomes of more than $100,000 each.
They also agreed to divide all property, including investments, bank accounts, home furnishings, appliances, vehicles, and personal property, by mutual consent, with each party retaining what they currently own.
In addition, all claims for alimony and spousal support will be waived and legal fees and expenses will be their responsibility.
It remains unclear whether they had a prenuptial agreement.
The hearing was scheduled for Tuesday, but Kidman waived her right to appear the day before after returning from Australia, where she was vacationing with her daughters.
The Daily Mail was the first to report that their divorce had been finalized.
In September 2025, Page Six confirmed that the Big Little Lies star and Urban were separating after 19 years of marriage.
“Sometimes relationships just pass on their own,” a source said at the time, adding that Kidman “didn’t want to separate and was trying to salvage things.”
She then filed for divorce on September 30, citing “irreconcilable differences.”
It has been reported that the two have been living apart since early summer of 2025.
After their breakup, the “You Look Good in My Shirt” artist was rumored to be romantically involved with guitarist Maggie Boe. But a friend of Mr Bo’s shut down the speculation.
Urban and Kidman first met at a G’Day USA celebration in January 2005 and married a year later.
Kidman was married to Tom Cruise from 1990 to 2001.
She and the “Top Gun” star have two children, Bella (32) and Connor (30).
