Ronnie Radke filed for a temporary restraining order against Tommy Lee’s wife Brittany Furlan on Monday.
In documents obtained by TMZ, the Falling In Reverse frontman claims Furlan harassed him on social media and ignored his messages, which escalated her behavior.
In her documents, she claims that Furlan drove her to her home and sat outside, and that she followed Furlan to a doctor’s appointment and just stared at her as she waited outside.
Furlan’s lawyer claimed in a statement to Page Six that she was the one being harassed.
“Mr. Furlan is upset to learn that this petition has been filed as he is the only victim of harassment,” the statement said. “We demand that we use all legal means to defend this frivolous lawsuit and protect Ms. Furlan from further harassment and intimidation by the complainant.”
A representative for Radke did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
In May 2025, while still married to Lee, Furlan claimed she had told her husband “everything” after being “catfished” on social media by someone believed to be Radke.
TMZ reported that she revisited the drama over the weekend, claiming on her Instagram Story that Radke was indeed texting her and accusing Radke of interacting with an underage fan.
Radke, 42, hit back at her claims on Instagram, accusing her of “stalking and harassment.”
He captioned one video: “Brittany Furlan might be committing a crime right now.”
Radke told TMZ in May 2025 that Furlan and other women had been “tricked and deceived” by someone impersonating her, and that the FBI was involved.
At the time, he said he was cooperating with authorities.
“I sent them something,” he claimed. “They’ll find out who it is. I want to prove to everyone that it’s not me.”
Despite the catfishing scandal and reports, Furlan and Lee broke up in May 2025 after six years of marriage, but the couple is still together.
Furlan said on a June 2025 episode of her and Brittany Schmidt’s podcast, This Is The Worst, that the incident actually strengthened their marriage.
“All of these events have brought us together in a strange way. It’s really strange,” she said. “I think we really wondered, ‘Oh, what would life actually be like without each other?'”
“I was very lonely,” she confessed. “I used to send messages to chat GPTs looking for affection. I was like, ‘If you talk to me lovingly, say nice things to me, are kind to me, and if you kiss me, I’ll forgive you.'”
A month later, Lee, 63, captioned a photo of the two on Instagram: “Fake news, we are not separated or divorced!! Let’s do our best together!! 🤣.”
The Motley Crue drummer recently shared a selfie of himself and his wife celebrating the New Year.
