Victoria Jones, the daughter of actor Tommy Lee Jones, was found dead in San Francisco on Thursday, January 1, according to reports. She was 34 years old.
TMZ first reported the news of Victoria’s death, citing law enforcement sources.
The San Francisco Fire Department confirms to PEOPLE that they responded to a medical emergency at the San Francisco Fairmont just before 3 a.m. local time Thursday. The fire department said an unidentified body was found at the scene.

San Francisco Police also confirmed to the public that officers were dispatched to the hotel on Thursday where they met with paramedics and pronounced the unnamed adult female dead.
NBC Bay Area also reported that law enforcement officials said they believe the woman found dead at the hotel was Victoria.
The cause of death is unknown, but NBC Bay Area says foul play is not suspected.

Representatives for the San Francisco Office of the Chief Medical Examiner and Tommy at the San Francisco Fairmont did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s requests for comment.
Victoria was the daughter of Tommy, now 79, and his ex-wife Kimberly Crawley. The couple also have a son, Austin Jones, 43.
She made select acting appearances at an early age, appearing for the first time in her father’s film Men in Black II in 2002. He also appeared in 2005’s The Three Burials of Melquiades Estrada. The film was directed by his father and features his stepmother Dawn Laurel-Jones as a still photographer.

In addition to her film roles, Victoria appeared in one episode of the popular teen drama TV series One Tree Hill in 2003.
Tommy is, of course, an Oscar-winning actor, winning Best Supporting Actor for 1993’s The Fugitive. He has also appeared in acclaimed projects such as JFK, the Men in Black series, No Country for Old Men, and Lincoln.
