Blake Lively and husband Ryan Reynolds enjoyed a rare date night as her legal battle with Justin Baldoni continues.
The actress, 38, shared a time-lapse video on Instagram Wednesday of herself styling her hair using Blake Brown products.
Lively later posed for a selfie with Reynolds, 49, on a New York City street.
She wrote above the image, “Make the most of your hair for a night out ✨🤎✨” and added below, “Spying the Empire Hotel 🥰iukuk (if you know, you know).”
The couple were seen smiling for the cameras, with Lively sporting an open-mouthed smile and Reynolds sporting a more subdued fake smile.
For the outing, Lively wore her long dirty blonde hair in loose waves and completed her look with a berry-colored lip.
Although her full outfit wasn’t visible in the shot, her shoulders were draped in black material and a glamorous statement necklace was on display.
Meanwhile, the actor wore reading glasses, a five o’clock shadow, and a tan trench coat over a white collared shirt, with a black tie tucked into a cream sweater.
Lively and Reynolds married in September 2012 and have four children, daughter James, 10, Inez, 8, Betty, 5, and son Orin, 2.
In December 2024, Lively sued Baldoni, her co-star and director of “It Ends With Us,” alleging sexual harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, infliction of emotional distress, invasion of privacy, and lost wages, alleging that Baldoni’s actions cost her a whopping $161 million.
She alleges that Baldoni, 41, sexually harassed her on the set of the film, which was released in August 2024. After holding a meeting to address Baldoni’s alleged behavior, Baldoni allegedly hired a crisis management team to tarnish her reputation.
Mr. Baldoni has continued to deny the allegations against Mr. Lively, but in January he responded with a $400 million defamation and extortion countersuit against her and Mr. Reynolds.
His counterclaim was dismissed in June, as was a $250 million defamation lawsuit against the New York Times, which first reported Lively’s claims.
Despite the formal conclusion of the case recently, Baldoni made it clear that he is not done fighting.
In fact, earlier this month, the actor filed a motion to dismiss Lively’s lawsuit, saying she couldn’t prove her allegations.
Her case is scheduled to be heard in March 2026.
