Actor Spencer Lofranco died Tuesday, his brother Santino Lofranco confirmed. The “Gotti” star was 33 years old.
“To the legendary @roccowining. To my brother,” Santino began Thursday in a heartbreaking Instagram post.
“You lived a life that some only dream of. You changed people’s lives, and now you are with God. I will always love you and miss you, Bear. Rest in Peace. October 18, 1992 to November 18, 2025,” he added.
Santino shared a merry-go-round with some old childhood photos of himself with his brother.
He also shared several images of Spencer, including one of the Canadian actor posing next to a black dog.
According to TMZ, which first reported Spencer’s death, his death is being investigated in British Columbia, Canada.
The cause of death has not yet been determined.
As a teenager, Spencer studied acting at the New York Film Academy. He went on to appear in seven films, including At Middleton, Jamesy Boy, Unbroken, and King Cobra.
Spencer’s last screen appearance was in the 2018 Kevin Connolly crime thriller Gotti, in which he played John Gotti Jr. alongside John Travolta (John Gotti Sr.) and Kelly Preston (DiGiorgio Gotti).
In the same year, Spencer revealed that he and his dog were homeless.
In a YouTube video shared in June of the same year, the actor-turned-street artist was seen eating a “pizza mukbang” while revealing that he currently lives on the Venice Beach boardwalk.
Spencer said it felt good sleeping on the beach, but admitted she was “completely exposed” because everyone was “walking around all the time.”
“There’s no privacy,” he said, adding it was like living in a “glass house.”
