Kim Zolciak was spotted with boyfriend Kyle Mowitz after they were embroiled in a $100 million divorce.
The “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum was photographed at Mowitz’s home in Georgia on Saturday morning after an apparent sleepover.
In the photo obtained by Page Six, she wore a black crop top, sweatpants, and comfortable shoes.
The usually glamorous former reality star, 47, wore her hair in a messy ponytail and completed her look with glasses.
Mowitz was with her wearing a gray T-shirt, navy blue shorts and a trucker’s hat. He helped her pack the car.
According to TMZ, the two started dating in the spring. He reportedly also met some of her six children.
Like Zolciak, who is estranged from Kroy Biermann, Mowitz is also going through a messy divorce of his own.
In fact, Us Weekly reported that Zolciak received a subpoena from his estranged wife, Gillian Greene, in late September.
After Mr. Mowitz filed for divorce from Mr. Green in March, Mr. Zolciak was required to provide “any documentation relating to her financial relationship with Kyle Mowitz, including, but not limited to, gifts given or received from Kyle, expenses paid on her behalf by Mr. Mowitz or any business affiliated with him, any money lent (to her), and any money paid (to her) by Mr. Mowitz or any business affiliated with him.” He is connected,” the outlet reported.
The subpoena also required Zolciak to turn over documents related to his travels with Movitz and all communications, including those that may involve Biermann.
According to TMZ, Green claimed that Zolciak, who Biermann has accused of gambling addiction, warned him that he would “run out” Mowitz financially.
Zolciak opposed Greene’s request to appear for a deposition, calling it “unreasonable, oppressive, and intended to embarrass and embarrass her.”
In a statement to Us Weekly, Mowitz’s attorney added, “Ms. Mowitz’s decision to involve[Zolciak]in her divorce proceedings is extremely unnecessary because our client’s relationship with her began after the parties separated.”
In court documents, Green cited Mowitz’s “tremendous wealth” and claimed he had set up a family trust in which he invested more than $100 million. However, she claimed his income was a “mystery”.
Mowitz and Green married in June 2017, according to his divorce papers obtained by the outlet. He is seeking joint legal and physical custody of two minor children.
Representatives for Zolciak did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
After a brief relationship with Chet Hanks, Mowitz was Zolciak’s first serious relationship since her controversial breakup with Biermann.
In March, she accused the former NFL star, 40, of stealing jewelry and not paying her family’s bills for “years.”
“First of all, I love when people say I spent all of Kroy’s money,” she told Kristin Cavallari during Kroy’s “Let’s Be Honest” podcast tour. “I make much more (money) than Kroy.”
“I’ve worked hard to support my family and my children. This man hasn’t paid the bills for this house in years. Even with a job, he hasn’t paid the bills for this house in years. He hasn’t given the kids clothes, extracurricular activities, anything.”
Zolciak and Bierman filed for divorce in 2023 after nearly 11 years of marriage and have four minor children. He also adopted her two eldest daughters shortly after their 2011 wedding.
