Have you ever wondered why Paris Hilton’s skin remains in such perfect condition? Well, we finally found the answer. It’s a facial, and a lot of it.
3 hour facials, 3 times a week to be exact.
Yes, the calculation was correct. That means 9 hours of facial treatments per week. It must be wonderful!
On Tuesday, Hilton sat down with Emma Grede on her podcast, Aspire with Emma Grede, to talk about her life as a reality star, her beauty routine, and the legacy she wants to leave behind.
“I take care of my skin like an Olympian,” Hilton confesses. “My facialist, Heather Nicole, comes to my SL Spa three times a week. In addition to Neurotris (EMS electrical current), we use skin sculpting devices, Hydrafacials, red light therapy, and oxygen therapy.”
She says this is not enough. “Three facials per week are about three hours each.”
The 44-year-old credits multitasking with being able to spend so much time at the spa. Because let’s be honest, it’s hard to get nine hours of facials a week, even if you have an esthetician come to your home.
“I’ll be doing facials and body treatments while I’m working. I have my Neurotris machine hooked up, so I’m doing conference calls, endorsing products, writing music, and it’s like a workout,” she said, adding, “I can do beauty and business at the same time.”
Whether she’s at the spa or not, Hilton has spent every waking moment creating a legacy she’s proud of. Coming from a family that owns so many iconic properties, this is difficult to resolve.
“I always wanted to be known as Paris, not Hilton,” explains the multi-hyphenate. “That was a huge impetus for me to build my empire.”
After the success of “The Simple Life,” the star recalled struggling with her identity. “At the time, I had no idea what I was getting myself into. I also didn’t know that I was going to have to keep playing her season after season. Eventually, the whole world started to think it was me.”
But Hilton had the last laugh, adding, “But it worked. We basically built an entire brand around that character.”
That’s why everyone loves Paris.
