On Friday, Meghan Markle posted a rare tribute to World Mental Health Day with her husband Prince Harry on her Instagram Stories, sharing a clip of the pair sharing a sweet interaction. In the black-and-white video, they appear to be spending some time together in a private room before an official event. Harry was standing in the corner with a stack of papers and said something to his wife, who turned to look at him and burst into laughter.
The Duchess of Sussex captioned the video with a red heart emoji: “Happy World Mental Health Day… to someone who always makes me laugh.”

On October 9, the couple were honored at Project Healthy Minds’ annual gala to commemorate World Mental Health Day, receiving the Humanitarian Award for their “extraordinary global efforts to build a safer and more just digital world for families and young people, and their meaningful contributions to improving mental well-being around the world.”
In her acceptance speech, Meghan mentioned her children Archie and Lilibet and how her and Harry’s work supports their futures and mental health.
“Our children, Archie and Lilibet, are only six and four years old,” Meghan told People magazine. “Can you believe it?”
“Fortunately, they’re still too young to use social media, but we know that day will come. Like many parents, we’re always thinking about how to embrace the benefits of technology while protecting ourselves from its dangers. And that hopeful separation intention is rapidly becoming impossible.”
The Duchess added: “We know that when parents come together and communities come together, waves are created. We’ve seen it happen. We’re watching it grow. And with your support, we will continue to build a safer digital world for all children.”
