The Taylor Swift effect is completely present, as “Life of a Showgirl” is almost there.

Just in time for the Star’s 12th studio album release, NBCuniversal Local has released the second season of the Emmy-nominated documentary series “The Swift Effect” to Peacock.

Alongside NBCU’s local host Cody Broadway, several page-6-page staff will make cameos at the show. This details the evolution of the economic and cultural influences of pop phenoms. Read everything you need to know to catch fresh episodes well before Swift’s new album Hits Spotify.

When will Swift Effect Season 2 be released?

The first episode of “The Swift Effect” Season 2 is now available for viewing on Peacock. It will also air on the high-speed channels of NBC-owned stations on October 2, 2025 at 10:30 and 11:30 ET.

How to stream Swift Effect Season 2

You’ll need a Peacock subscription to catch the juicy Docu series in full. Options start at $7.99 a month (or $79.99 a year) for streaming in ads. (There are plenty of other shows on the site, considering that it’s also a streaming home for everything from the “office” to the Bravo show.)

Following Swift’s engagement and the release of the “Life of a Showgirl” album, the series includes interviews with media leaders, influencers, podcasters and pop culture space experts.

“For each new episode of ‘Swift Effect’, we present another layer of Taylor Swift’s influence. Not as an artist, but as a force that shapes the industry,” Broadway told Deadline.

Why trust page 6 style shopping?

This article was written by Hannah Soundwick, a six-page commerce associate editor. Hannah Spy actually deals with affordable celebrity styles, lists Hollywood’s favorite labels on tests, and finds beauty products that keep them red carpet-ready for the stars.
