Dennis Richards’ estranged husband revealed in new court documents that he was in the tragic financial strait.
Aaron Fipers told a California judge in a written declaration filed Wednesday that by page six he was on the verge of being kicked out of divorce and becoming homeless.
“I have no money and I’m financially hopeless,” he revealed. “I’m about to be kicked out of the residence where I live. All my utilities (water, power, gas) are already turned off.”
Phypers, 53, claimed he was being kicked out of a rental home in Calabasas, California.
Richards previously claimed he moved from that residence several years ago via court documents, but her ex-Hubby now claims she is still liable for rent as she left 15 rescue dogs and “a fair amount of personal belongings.”
The “Real Housewife of Beverly Hills” star recently returned to the house on September 15th to collect her stuff as she had to wait for the court to approve her due to a possible violation of control.
Phypers allegedly claimed through his latest submission, where Richards allegedly stole a health treatment machine and weight set during that visit. He claimed that the actress’s father, Irv Richards, told him that Dennis was planning to sell these items in cash, despite being said to be unaware of their true value.
“I need that equipment to try and make a living, and she’s preventing me from doing so,” continued the Canadian-born actor.
“My hope is that I can use them again for business purposes to earn income. Furthermore, I don’t have enough funds to rent a truck to move and pick up the machinery. Also, there is a risk of irreparable harm if the respondent poses a threat to sell them.”
Phypers further explained that besides requiring money for his daily living expenses, he also needs an additional $10,000 to pay his lawyer to help him complete his divorce proceedings.
He insisted he and Dennis had millions of dollars in joint bank accounts before they filed for divorce in July, so they wanted to access them again.
Phypers claimed he has the right to the money he earned from the platform, as he helped his estranged wife in her only wife’s career.
In September 2022, Dennis told Jeff Lewis’ SiriusXM show, “Aaron brings a lot of my content. He knows what kind of people he likes.”
Phypers is seeking $150,000 from its joint account. He said, “It’s necessary for him to survive, pay these debts and live safely like a normal person.”
He said, “If I don’t receive this, there is a real risk of irreparable harm, because I and my parents are homeless and have no funds to go anywhere.”
Page 6 contacted Dennis’s representative for comment but did not immediately respond. However, the film’s star filed a court on Thursday to ask the court to deny her original request.
Over the summer, Fipers blows up the “drop dead gorgeous” star for her allegedly outrageous spending. He also said he is seeking support from his spouse as his current income is $0.
Then earlier this week, Page 6 exclusively reported that the “Dirty Hand” actor was about to add Charlie Sheen and Brandi Granville to their witness list.
Meanwhile, Dennis accussssssssssssssingly denied physical and verbal abuse he has denied.
A source said Tuesday: “Dennis employs the same terrible bullying tactics of a onslaught of lies and legal manipulation to suffocate the truth, overwhelming respondents and succumb to the tyrant’s false demands.”
In July, Dennis said he plans to address these issues through the legal system through his lawyers, saying, “Mr. Richards will not respond to Phippers’ false allegations in public forums and will deal with Phippers’ abuse in court.”
