In the latest episode of Golden Bachelor, this competition is getting serious.
Tensions began to brew at the mansion after 66-year-old Mel Owens shared a steamy kiss with Nicole, 64, last week on group pool day. However, when several women shared their feelings with Nicole, she saw no reason to apologise.
“Sorry, I’m attracted to him,” she said. “We were half naked in the pool. We kissed them.”
Amy, 63, was able to understand Nicole’s point of view, saying, “Maybe she got caught up in that moment and forgotten,” but Cindy, 60, struggled to get through it.
“I have some concerns about what I saw at the pool party,” she admitted in her confession. “I’m not ok with Mel trying to explore things with other women. I’ve been tricked on me before, but I don’t share men very well.”

Terry, 71, agrees and tells Nicole that it would be “disrespectful” to pull Mel for a kiss while the rest of the women were watching.
“I’m a little surprised at how women are appropriate in Prim,” explained Nicole. “But like anything else, I think I will be a pioneer here.
This topic continued to appear throughout the episode, even becoming a punchline for Monica B’s jokes in the group.
“You’ll need a helmet and mouthguard to prevent Nicole’s tongue from descending down your throat,” she said as Mel and Nicole laughed.
When it was Nicole’s turn to be on stage, she continued.
Nicole closed her routine with the rhyme that won her one on one that night.
“The roses are red and the violets are blue. I want all women to love me, but especially you,” she said.
The two had a heart at dinner, so Mel admitted they had a strong connection.
“Time spent with Nicole makes a lot of sense,” he pointed out. “The chemistry between us is good. You can’t manufacture chemistry, you can’t fight it. And she is definitely someone you can see in my life.”
His next one-on-one was with Debbie, 65. While they were gone, the remaining women visited from two surprise guests: Susan Knolls, the debut season of Cathy Swartz and Golden Bachelor.
“We’re here to give you some advice. We’re here to get some dirt,” cried Susan.

After playing the “sleeping” game with Mel’s face and transforming into pajamas, Cindy got the opportunity to open privately to Cathy.
“I don’t know if what I feel at Mel is going back and forth,” she shared. “I’m struggling a bit. It’s hard to see other people spend time with him and really develop connections, you know that those connections are real.”
Cathy suggested that Cindy “focus on you and what he has” and “put that aside.”
“Tell him how you feel,” she said, but Cindy remained uneasy.
“I have feelings for Mel, but I see him having more time with other people rather than choosing me. I’m thinking, ‘How do you navigate this?'” she said.
The next night was the Rose Ceremony for the third week. This started with a woman “lined up to kiss Mel” as others were worried about their position with him. When it was her turn to have a conversation with a top-class man, Cindy decides to take advantage of her vulnerability.
“It was really tough at the beginning of the week to see him connect with other women, especially physically,” she explained. “I’ve been betrayed in the past, but that really makes it difficult for me to be vulnerable. Tonight I’m going to trust Kathy’s advice.
She went on to say how much Mel appreciated the experience she was and thanked her for “everything you treated to me.” She also confessed that their make-out sessions in the previous episode reminded her of the “old part of Cindy” she had forgotten.
“One life is supposed to be fun,” Mel said.

Speaking to the camera, Cindy calls herself a “smite kitten” and spews out Mel, “checking all boxes” of what she’s looking for in her partner. “He is handsome and he is smart.
“You do something exciting for me,” she shared with him. “I haven’t felt this way in a long time.”
“I had a connection right away,” replied Mel. “good.”
Hearing this, he developed emotions within Cindy. Cindy said he “I don’t expect this type of connection” or “this feeling” right away.
At the Rose Ceremony, Cindy received the roses and aimed to spend more time with Mel next week. Four women eventually returned home – Monica B, Amy, Monica P, Terry.
“It’s become real,” Cindy declared.
