Nina Dobrev has closed rumors that she and Zac Efron are dating after their breakup with Sean White.
The “Vampire Diary” alum was seen in Wednesday’s video and shook her head “no” after being asked by TMZ whether she and the “17” star were items.
She later gave “Yes” after the outlet asked if she and Efron were just friends.
The 36-year-old actress told the outlet that instead of paying attention to her love life, she was looking forward to her “future.”
“I’m excited about the future and the only guaranteed change is the case,” she said.
Dobrev, 37, and Efron, were the subject of romantic speculation after seeing them feel more comfortable while yachting with a group of famous friends in September.
One of the photos showed a graduate of a “high school musical” towering above Dobrev, but she stared eagerly at the phone.
The duo also saw the laughing and seemed to be engaged in a flirty conversation together.
Other photos show stars wandering along with fellow A-listers Miles and Keleigh Teller and “Gossip Girl” alumnus Chace Crawford as they sailed along the Italian island of Sardinia.
The Sunset Snap comes just weeks after it was revealed on September 11 that Dobrev officially finished things in White after nearly a year of engagement together.
The news came amid speculation about the issues of relationships between the two after the actress was discovered without an engagement ring when she appeared at the 2025 Toronto International Film Festival earlier that month.
At the time, sources told people that Dobrev and Ex-Olympian, 39, had achieved a “mutual decision” in a different way, but “it wasn’t easy.”
However, sources also told Daily Mail that the split was due to different priorities. White put his eyesight in starting a family while the “Let’s Be Cops” star was trying to focus on her career.
