Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner are suing Ray J for honor loss after claiming they are working with the federal government to build a RICO case against the mother-daughter duo.

In May 2025, Ray J said in the documentary “TMZ Presents: United Statesv. SeanCombs: Inside the Diddy Trial,” “Accusations of assault on Kardashians are appropriate,” adding, “If Kardashians say they’re being charged with Racketeering, I might believe it.”

Ray J, 44, continued to argue that the alleged lawsuits against Kardashian, 44, and Jenner, 69, were “worst than Diddy.”
In their lawsuit, the “Kardashian” star claims that Ray J “provided no evidence against these explosive accusations,” calling it “blatantly false” and “calculated falsehood.”
“There is no such federal investigation. Law enforcement has not launched a criminal case or investigation into the assault charged against Mr Kardashian or Mr Jenner. There is no reliable evidence to support these inflammatory allegations,” their lawsuit further reads.
The reality star “contributes this action to hold this action accountable for a calculated campaign of lies and harassment, bringing an end to his long-standing pattern of misusing names for infamy and seeking remedies for the substantial harm that his malicious acts have caused to their reputation, livelihood and emotional well-being.”
The pair’s lawyer, Alex Spiro, told Page 6 in a statement.
Ray J’s representatives did not immediately respond to a request for comment on Page 6.
RICO investigations fall under the affected corrupt organisational laws that are typically used to prosecute drug cartels and mob crimes.
In July, rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs was found in a widely publicized federal trial that he committed a transport charge to engage in prostitution on more serious sex trafficking and assault charges. He is scheduled to be sentenced Friday.
Ray J, who is notorious for sex tapes with Kardashian in the early 2000s, had previously accused her of mama for denying that she was the person who publicly leaked intimate footage.
