Netflix will be spotlighting the fifth final season of Stranger Things, bringing the spotlight to the special event at the Lucca Comics and Games Festival in Italy, featuring Finwolfhard, Gaten Matarazzo, Caleb Mclaughlin, Noah Schnapp and Duffer Brothers to join fans gathering on Halloween.

Sneak Peak “Stranger Things” footage is currently scheduled to be displayed in fan gatherings. This is the first announced event of this type ahead of the release of the megahit show in three parts. The first debut November 26th, December 25th and December 31st series features a pavilion from the immersive “Stranger Things” series.

Lucca Comics – It will be held from October 29th to November. 2 – A unique otaku convention held every year with over 200,000 fans taking part in the walls of Lucca, the Tuscan town of Lucca, surrounded by fully preserved 16th and 17th centuries.

Other highlights of this year’s edition include the presence of legendary Japanese game developer Kojima Hidojo. He will be taking part in what he called the “Grand Finale” of his “Death Strand World Strand Tour 2” and will include panels and screenings that include his latest video game, “Death Stranding 2: On the Beach.”

Lucca’s so-called film area section has Luc Besson on hand for the launch of “Dracula: The Lost Love,” featuring Italian star Matilda de Angelis (“The Undoing”, “Citadel: Diana”). Disney will celebrate the 20th anniversary of Star Wars: Episode III: Revenge of the Sith with a special screening, as well as a preview of Twist Wonderland: Animated Series. It focuses on Disney+’s latest animated series, “Cat Eye,” and three sisters who run the cafe in their work as a Cat Bulgurgal grabber at night.

Prime Video promotes the Italian adaptation of the reality competition series “The Traitors” and the cult-adult animated comedy series “Hazbin Hotel” with the Italian dubbed cast of the show.

Comcast-owned Pay-TV Sky is launching a new eight-episode horror show, “It: Welcome to Derry,” a prequel series to Stephen King’s “IT” films. Produced by HBO and Warner Bros. TV, the show also features a “terrifying” immersive “Delhi Bus” experience at Lucca.

Sony’s Crunchyroll Anime streaming service is on hand with a series of anime screenings and panels with Kei Urana and Hisyoshi Andou, author of the “Gachiakuta” anime series and author of Japanese voice actor and singer Rie Takahashi.

Dedicated to the entire cross-media universe of fandom, cosplay, role-playing games and comics, this unique event has become an integral part of Hollywood studios’ promotional push in Europe since the film area began 15 years ago.
