Dennis Richards’ estranged husband, Aaron Phippers, is preparing to call some big names on the witness position in an ongoing, controversial divorce case against the “wild thing” star.
Page 6 only got court documents revealing that 53 Canadian actors will make a call to Charlie Sheen and Brandi Granville on Tuesday.
Phypers’ lawyers allege that Sheen, who married the actress from 2002 to 2006 and shares her two daughters, has filed that Richards can speak to “the history of drug and alcohol abuse, not the truth.” Phypers publicly accused his estranged wife of having Vicodin addiction.

“Two and a half guys” alum, 60, Richards, recently won the united front. Earlier this month, she attended Sheen’s new Netflix Doc premiere, where she talked about her ex-husband’s own history of drug use, and the two hugged it on the red carpet.
However, Granville and Richards have been in conflict for years, with the former claiming that Richards, 54, is cheating while married to the Phipers.
The Phypers lawyers claim that Glanville (like Sheen) is submitting that the “Dop Dead Gorgeous” star can support the “untruthful history and the history of drug and alcohol abuse.”
Another source said, “In an effort to not allow this (divorce) case to become Brandi 2.0, Granville is called to testify about Richards’ reliability and manipulative moves.”
“Dennis is (Granville) dirty (Granville),” the insider added. “Aaron Fipers’s Witness List includes people who can deny credibility by telling the truth about Dennis Richards.”
Meanwhile, Phypers said in an exclusive statement on Page 6 that “Call Brandi Glanville to what you like. But she’s not a liar!”
Richards always denied Granville’s allegations of the case, claiming that rumors of fraud were first “monogamous to (her) husband.”

In his latest submission, the Phypers lawyer said that the other names being called on the witness list are his client’s family and can address “all of Dennis’ claims and her (frightening violations) violations, lack of fear, calls, messages, videos she sent, violence by her, Aaron’s phone calls, and indoor events inside the family room.”
They may also call Richards herself and her father, Irv Richards, as witnesses alleging a divorce case and a violation of “orders limiting the disposal of assets.”
Others mentioned on the witness list are actress Casia Woreginio, counselor Wendy Bernacky, and women Sarah Curtis and Terry Ahern. The lawyer also filed opposition to the editorial request.
Fipers filed for divorce from Richards in July after an explosive fight, seeking spousal support from the movie star. Dennis accused her marginalized husband of abuse and threatens to kill her and give her black eyes.
Sources responded to these claims on Page 6. “Dennis employs ferocious tactics of lies and legal manipulation to suffocate the truth, give respondents overwhelmingly, and succumb to the tyrant’s false demands.”
Phypers and Denise tied the knot at a beachfront wedding aired on Bravo in 2018.
Page 6 contacted Richards’ representatives for comment but did not immediately respond. However, she once told people through her attorney for Fipea’s allegations that “Mr. Richards would not respond to Mr. Fipers’ false allegations in public forums and would address Mr. Fipers’ abuse in court.”
