Elevate Production Finance (EPF), an Australia-based global film and television finance company that supported titles such as “Eden,” “Betterman,” and “3000 Years of Aspirations,” has appointed Charles Auto as its new CEO.

Previously the top commercial director, Autoy quickly stepped into a valid role. He will replace Craig McMahon, who will continue as executive chairman of EPF and continue as CEO of Forte Corp Holdings, the parent company of EPF.

With experience in structuring and closing independent film and television trading, Autoy will lead the EPF strategy and operations across its global footprint, driving the company’s growth stages and gaining a position as a fundraising partner for producers and investors around the world.

“Charles helped form the EPF for today’s global finance partner,” McMahon said. “His sharp commercial instinct, deep relationships throughout the industry and passion for storytelling make him the right leader to guide the company to the next stage of growth. I am confident that EPF will continue to thrive under his leadership.”

Autoy’s funding credits include the recent TV series “Mix Tape,” starring Teresa Palmer and Jim Sturgess, “Fing” with David Warriors’ Taika Waititi, “Fing with Grandpa,” Robert de Niro, “Terminal,” Margot Robbie, “High Rise” from Tom Hidanchton, “Carlotmints” and “Carling Statring.” Starring Saoirse Ronan.

“EPF has built its reputation through agility, creativity and providing innovative fundraising solutions that enable filmmakers to deliver captivating narratives,” Auty said. “We appreciate Craig’s leadership and continued support of Forte Corp Holdings. This provides a strong foundation for entering the next phase of growth. We look forward to strengthening our international presence and deepening our partnerships with producers and investors around the world.”
