Comedian Sebastian Maniscalco surprised fans’ impersonation at a contest in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
“It’s very flattering,” Maniscalco told the fierce crowd at Nora Bar at Ocean Casino Resort before announcing the winner. “It felt like I was looking in the mirror.”
The competition included eight contestants, including one woman who went under the name “Chelsea Spaghetti.”
Maniscalco, 52, later took to the stage in the vast hotel ovation hall as part of his “It Ai not Light” tour, performing sets covering parenting and middle-aged lives.
“I went to my son’s soccer game. I don’t have a chair or anything. He’s six,” he said. “Everyone brings a campsite. Blankets, umbrellas, and you’re doing. What are you doing?”
In another joke, he talked about his family trip to Universal Studios.
“I’m going to the guy to buy a ticket,” he began. The worker asked how tall his son was. “This tall guy, you’re looking at him. I didn’t measure him with a measuring stick before I came to the park. We barely put on his socks.
When opening the Pete Corail set for the comic, there was a medical emergency that easily stopped the show, and the lights were turned on as doctors in the crowd asked for help.
“This is a live show. This is why AI will never replace live entertainment,” said Correale, who previously judged the contest, cracking when the show resumed.
Maniscalco also joked, “I heard we stopped the show. I thought they were fine. I don’t know if it was medical or if someone threw it at me. Someone might already be drunk.”
We are told that the person was dehydrated and was fine.
Maniscalco, who took his mother to a gig, will return to the resort from next weekend until September 25th to 28th.
The hotel unfolded a red carpet for his appearance. There is a huge sign on the side of the hotel, and the entire hotel is an area with Italian cuisine dedicated to cartoons and giant life-size cutouts.
I heard that at least one drunk casino guest stole early and brought it back to his room.
