$AP Rocky appears to have suggested that he and Rihanna may be secretly married before they welcome their third child together.
When asked in an interview released Tuesday, Elle Magazine asked if he was looking forward to becoming husband, the rapper jokingly replied, “Do you know I’m not yet my husband?”
“I’m not going to check that yet,” he said with a laugh.
However, Rocky has taken an internal look at his personal life with 37-year-old Rihanna and shared that they prioritize family when they are home with their two children: RZA (3, Riot, 2).
“We don’t talk much about work because we handle it every day, every day,” explained the “everyday” crooner (36).
“When you go home, it’s about family. It’s about your relationship. It’s about your home. It’s about your home. It’s not about all the other s-t.”
Rocky also shared that he and Rihanna’s third child are looking forward to the arrival of him and Rihanna, and that he acknowledges that he wants a girl.
“We pray for the girls,” said the “Sundress” singer.
“For the first time, we wanted to know the baby’s gender. We didn’t want to know the second time. The third time, we didn’t want to know.”
“I feel it’s going to be a girl. This pregnancy is very different from the other two. You can tell from experience. I hope it’s a baby girl. I need it,” Rocky said.
In May, Rihanna revealed that she was pregnant when she debuted her bump before the Met Gala in New York City.
Rocky and Take a Bow, who started dating in 2020, have sparked several marriage rumours over the past few years. This includes making fake suggestions in the latter “DMB” music video in 2022.
In October 2024, Rihanna called herself her wife while talking about being a “housewife.”
“Motherhood, wife-like, just a home body – I love it,” she told E! News from that time. “I love being a housewife. I just want to celebrate things and be excited. I’m trying to build a new tradition for the small family we’ve built.”
Then, in April, the fashion designer posed for the Spring Savage x Fenty collection in bridal lingerie and captioned the Instagram photos.
Meanwhile, Rocky burned rumours when he chatted with a weekly mystery fashionist earlier this year when he called the “bow” diva “wife.”
