Judge Tamura details his new breast augmentation after vowing for implants

Judge Tamura revealed new details about her recent cosmetic enhancements.

In a September 18 episode of two TS on a podcast with Teddi Mellencamp, the Orange County star, 58-year-old, real housewife, revealed that her surgeon, Donnie Mowld, had changed what was diagnosed with an animation variant after receiving another breast enhancement on July 14th.

According to the National Library of Medicine, this is when complication surgery after reconstruction occurs because “contractions of the pectoral muscle against breast implants, causing it, causing the breast to change unnaturally with muscle contractions.”

Joking that it was her “100th breast surgery,” the judge continued to explain why she went under the knife. “I couldn’t wear a low-cut shirt because I had a crease that went through both sides of my boobs. If that made sense, I started to look like there were two boobs on each side,” she said, adding that her PEC muscles moved away from her chest and towards her shoulders.

She added that although the experience was painless, her deformity began to worsen due to her training routine. So what Dr. Mowlds did was to put the muscles back into the chest and enter the new 150cc famous “gummy bear” implant into the muscles. (She says Dr. Mowlds originally planned to be a 250cc implant, which was too big for the judge’s figures.)

The judge admitted that after removing the previous implant set five years ago, she “swears to never have an implant again.” At the time, she experienced what she believed was a symptom of breast implant disease. According to the Cleveland Clinic, it can occur when someone inserts an implant filled with saline or silicon-filled implant. The judge recalled suffering from autoimmune issues that resolved when the implant was removed, but believes it could have been caused by stress.

Part of the reason the judge decided to get clean is because the producers of RHOC called her. This accidentally unveiled the news to the judge’s 19-year-old daughter, Sofia.

“I was wearing a low-cut dress with the look of my next confession. I’m a group confession with Sofia. We’re talking about plastic surgery,” the judge said. “I didn’t know what to say… I couldn’t get into these great details about what was actually the problem.”

The judge revealed that the five-hour operation left her in two months of pain, but she’s over the month of her outcome. “I’m glad you did that. I think they look beautiful. They’re full, I can wear a low-cut shirt now, which makes me want to wear a low-cut shirt,” she said.

Dr. Mowlds was also working on judges’ brow lift and emergency gastric reconstruction surgery, as well as the 2024 CO2 laser and chemical skin procedures.

In previous podcast episodes that actually aired on the day of her breast surgery, the judge denied having had plastic surgery and believed in what people, including Andy Cohen, considered a refreshed look of weight loss and non-invasive adjustments.
