overview
Charlie Hunnam and Morgana McNellis have been together for nearly 20 years. The couple is very private and rarely found together.
Charlie Hannam is best known for his fierce roles in Anarchy of Sons, Pacific Rim, and King Arthur: The Legendary Sword. And then he appears in season 3 of Ryan Murphy’s anthology series Monster, portraying serial killer Ed Gaine.
But off-screen, Hannam’s life is much more relaxed and private. For nearly 20 years, he has been dating Morgana McNellis. It is unclear when and how they met, but Hannam shared in 2020 that they were together for about 14 years. This means that their relationship likely began around 2006.
MacNellis is a jewelry designer.
Macnellis owns a gem line called Maison de Morgana. The brand’s Instagram page has been inactive since 2021, but there are still photos of celebrities like Zac Efron and Troian Bellisario wearing her work. Maison de Morgana also doesn’t have an active website, so it’s unclear whether McNelis is still designing jewelry.
In 2012, Hunnam told Elle that McNelis was also making jewelry for him. “She told me she was making a ring covered in diamonds,” he said. “She’s not an actor, she’s a jewelry designer and I say, ‘Hmm, this won’t work for me.’ But I think it’s so far apart and beautiful. ”
McNellis shares a photo of Hannam with her.
When she was active on Instagram, McNelis occasionally posted photos of herself with Hunnam.
The latest one was posted on March 21, 2019 with the caption “Happy Holi!!!” #Indialove.”
Three years ago, on June 4, 2016, she watched the UFC fight and said, “Fight my babe on the night of the UFC fight.
McNellis and Hannham have not been published for many years.
McNelis and Hunnam usually keep things unobtrusive and are only filmed a few times.

In August 2009, they attended the son of the Anarchy Season 2 Premiere.
And in June 2012 they went to the Critics Choice Television Awards, where he was nominated for Best Actor in the Drama Series category for Sons of Anarchy.
Hunnam once asked fans to stop online bullying.
According to a 2016 People’s Report, Hunnam wrote on his Facebook fan page at the time: “You have noted that there is a group of immature girls who post a large number of hard messages aimed at longtime girlfriends, and I would like to ask you to salute them to stop this.
He continued, “What’s most confusing is that these negative and completely unprovoked attacks seem to come from people called my fans. Please think about this for a while.
Hannam shares his thoughts on marrying McNellis.
In a 2020 interview with Andy Cohen with SiriusXM, Hunnam said he was “a kind of indifference” to the idea of marriage. “She doesn’t feel the same,” he added. “She wants to get married because it’s important to her, but I don’t have any major romantic feelings about it.”
He quickly reverted that statement a few weeks later. “I have to say it really hurts my girlfriend’s feelings, and I really regret saying it,” Hannam told people. “I didn’t really mean that at all. It was the stupid shit I said in the heat of the moment.”
He then continued to say that he already thought he was married to her. “I’m very romantic and the reality is that I think I’m married. I’ve been with my girlfriend for 14 years. I think it’s something I was trying to clarify. The official government sanctions for that mean nothing to me, but the romance of it means a huge amount.”
He added, “I really regret saying that, but hear, you’re going to straighten the interviews for 12 hours a day and say stupid shit, especially guys like me, are such a smart person.”
McNellis joined Emmy in September 2025 with Hannam.
McNelis and Hunnam made a rare reveal on Emmys on September 14th.
