Sylvester Stallone has used AI de-science to promote the prequel to “Rimbo”

Sylvester Stallone will have a new memoir next year. In the meantime, he has placed emphasis on some of his classic films ahead of the season 3 premiere of “The Tulsa King.”

The “John Rambo” origin story movie is already in work with Noah Centinoe. However, Stallone wasn’t involved in the plan, but he told the playlist Bingeworthy Podcast that he had previously had the idea for a prequel to “Rimbo.”

He was pitching it as an AI experiment that would allow teenagers to discharge hospital, he told the podcast. “Everyone thought I was crazy,” he recalled. “AI is so refined that he walks through Saigon to see him at age 18 and uses essentially the same image. So it’s not that big of a stretch.”

Stallone predicted that playing John Rambeau would not be easy for other actors. “It’s very difficult. He might do a great job, but you’re overcoming this because I went through it with ‘Get Carter’. Everyone loves the original, and then you’re always fighting that prejudice. ”

But “John Rimbeau” is not the only film based on the iconic Stallone title. Peter Farrely directs the “Rocky” drama “I Play Rocky,” in which Anthony Ipolito stars as a boxer for the underdogs. But Stallone said he was caught off guard when he first heard about it. “I was shocked to read it,” he said. “I have nothing to do with that.”

“I lived it so I thought I might be able to join and give them some insight,” he said, but that doesn’t seem like that, as the script reportedly ended.

His memoir, “The Steps,” arrives on May 5th. “In a story framed between his arrival in New York in 1969 and Rocky’s victory at the 1977 Academy Awards, Stallone weaves a vivid and driving portrait of struggle, housing and ultimately success. A career filled with highly iconic roles.”

Season 3 of “Tulsa King” will premiere on September 21st. It has already been updated for the fourth season.
