Pregnant Cardi B’s boyfriend, Stephon Diggs, faces a father’s lawsuit from a woman who claims that the NFL star is the father of a young daughter.
According to court documents obtained on page 6, Irene Lopera (known on social media as Lord Giselle) filed a petition in December 2024 to determine parental relationships in California Superior Court in Los Angeles.
Lopella, who was pregnant at the time of submission, listed the New England Patriot star as the “parent” of her child at the time.
The fashion nova ambassador requires her to be given legal and physical custody of the child, and diggs are given only the right to visit.
She also requested that athletes cover her pregnancy and birth costs as well as attorney’s fees.
In July, Diggs, 31, said in the document that he was “not sure” if he was the father of Charliee Harper Diggs-Lopera, born April 2nd.
The wide receiver requested that genetic testing be performed to determine if he was his father.
If parent and child were established, Diggs required Charlie to have joint legal and joint physical custody, splitting pregnancy and birth costs, as well as attorney fees.

Page 6 contacted Diggs’ attorney for comments but did not respond immediately.
