As an integral part of the Love Triangle, which powers Prime Video’s The Summer I Summer Towned One, Christopher Branny’s personal life is the most interesting for fans. However, the 27-year-old actor doesn’t have as much ups and downs off-screen as he does in the hit series when he plays Conrad Fisher. Briney has consistently dated actress Isabel Machado, Briney, one woman and one woman.
Briney rarely talks about their relationship in public, but he celebrated her birthday in a photo carousel in February 2025, writing in the caption.

Who is Isabel Machado?
According to her website, Isabelle Rose Machado was originally from Chicago. She moved to New York and attended Pace College. There, I got my BFA in 2020 for films, TV, voiceovers, commercials, graduation movies, TV, voiceovers, and graduation. She is the first soprano trained, capable of reaching high G notes, playing piano, and being trained in ballet, jazz and modern dance. She even attended the American Council of Sechetti for more dance training.
Branny also hyped Machado’s fashion sense and joking in October 2023 with the Women’s Wear Daily Honor.
Machado said, “And even when fashion risks don’t pay off, we support each other with anything. That doesn’t matter. If it’s hell, it’s a hell Jesus and (one of us) is going to support you.”
Briney also starred in Mean Girls’ latest film iteration, saying, “I couldn’t do without her. I couldn’t do anything without her. I don’t think I can wake up without her. I won’t forget how to breathe.”
How long have they been together?
The two met at a pace at school, became friends and lived together as roommates before they met romantically.
“We were friends in the beginning. We went to college together and lived together. We knew we could do that,” Branny told people.

On September 4th, the couple participated in the US Open. Machado came out wearing a denim button-down dress, while Branny came out wearing a white Ralph Lauren suit under a pinstriped jacket.

On February 6th, they attended a Prada Spring/Summer Campaign Cocktail Party in New York City.
Later that month, Machado posted some of those carp photos from an event that appeared in The New York Times. In her caption, she wrote, “Love in Sunday’s paper.”
