Rob Kardashian made a rare appearance on his sister Khloe Kardashian’s Instagram this past weekend after attending her 42nd birthday party.
The photo showed the 39-year-old smiling as she stood next to her mother Kris Jenner and sisters Kourtney Kardashian, Kim Kardashian and Khloe.
Blac Chyna’s daughter Dream was also pictured, with the SKIMS founder cradling Kourtney’s youngest son Rocky in his arms.
“How blessed I am! I’m missing a few people, but they’re always with me ♥️,” the Good American founder captioned the sweet photo, which notably didn’t feature Kylie and Kendall Jenner.
Rob replied to his sister’s post: “I’m so happy you were born! I love you so much!!! 🩵🩵🩵💙💙💙🫂.”
Khloe also shared a photo of the Rob & Chyna alum and her 9-year-old daughter.
After appearing on Keeping Up with the Kardashians since its premiere in 2007 and starring in his own show in 2016, Rob stepped back from the spotlight that same year to prioritize his privacy.
Rob explained on his sister Khloe’s podcast in 2025 that he “doesn’t want to do a shoot or put myself in a situation that I’m not comfortable in,” saying, “I’m not comfortable in[my own]skin.”
“I love shooting as long as it’s positive and natural and makes me feel good about myself,” Rob continued. “I like being close to my family, so it’s good for me. I have nothing against it (filming). The reason I am against it is because I am at home and like I said, I am just choosing my happiness and peace.”
Since then, his public appearances have become rare. She appeared on the Season 7 premiere of “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” in October 2025, marking her first TV appearance in nine years.
During the episode, Kim confessed that she missed her brother on the show “because he’s so funny.”
And before that, in June 2025, the “All’s Fair” star also shared a rare photo of Rob while celebrating his friend Lala Anthony’s birthday.
