Regé-Jean Page, the central character of Season 1 of Bridgerton, was photographed here. A source confirmed to Entertainment Tonight in February 2021 that the actor is dating Emily Brown, a copywriter and part-time soccer player. On September 1, 2021, Brown and Page attended the GQ Men of the Year Awards together in London. A paparazzi photographed them holding hands.
Reports of the pair’s first date surfaced in mid-February 2021 after the Daily Mail published a photo of them embracing on a north London sidewalk. According to the Mail, this is a long-term relationship and the pair bought a house together in February 2020.
In the photo, Page was wearing a teal scarf and a black coat, while Brown was wearing a dark green knit hat and a navy blue coat. The two were reportedly photographed hugging each other before Page got into a chauffeur-driven car and headed to New York, where he will host SNL on February 20.
We know a lot about Page after his turn in Bridgerton. He grew up in Zimbabwe and was perceived as a “musical, loud, jumping around the house” kid. He had a childhood dream of becoming an explorer.
“That was my first idea of what was really great in the world: discovering the unknown and exploring it and thinking about being able to take it home and say, ‘Look, the world is bigger than I thought,'” he said in an interview with Netflix’s Queue & A. “Then it turned out that we were going to be up against too many very large spiders.”
Paige also appeared in “Sylvie’s Love” (2020) and forms a musical duo called TUNYA with her younger brother Tose. Page is a person with many interests and talents, so it makes sense that Brown would be similar.
That being said, who is Emily Brown, the partner of Netflix’s favorite leading man? There’s not much information, but this is all we know.
Mr. Brown currently has no public social media.
Brown appears to be trying to keep his life private after photos of him with Page were leaked. Brown currently does not have an Instagram or Twitter account. Her LinkedIn, which the Daily Mail cited in an article about her, appears to have been deleted.
She seems to be a freelance copywriter.
JustJared and The Daily Mail reported that Brown has received copywriting work from companies including Nike, Converse and Uber. The Mail cited Mr Brown’s LinkedIn, which is no longer available. Entertainment Tonight confirmed that Brown is a copywriter and a soccer player, but the source declined to say more about her career.
She is said to be associated with the charity Football Beyond Borders.
The Daily Mail reports that Brown works part-time for FBB, a charity that educates and enriches the lives of young people through football. The newspaper published a photo of her wearing a Dulwich Hamlet Football Club hat, suggesting she was rooting for the team in East Dulwich, south London.
She reportedly attended the University of Manchester.
According to the Daily Mail, Brown was interviewed by student newspaper The Tab between 2009 and 2012 while attending the University of Manchester. Asked if she had cheated, she said: “I smuggled a huge vase, about 75 centimeters (30 inches) high, out of a club without anyone noticing. There were flowers sticking out of it. I also stole the blinds because I wanted curtains in my room. Also, when I was in Ibiza, a guy from a band called Faceless once gave me a large amount of cannabis…”
She and Paige are still going strong and even attended an event together in September 2021.
Although their relationship has largely been kept private, Page and Brown publicly hinted that their relationship is still on good terms when they were photographed attending the GQ Men of the Year Awards in London on September 1. Brown wore an open black blazer, lingerie and black slacks, while Page wore an emerald suit. They held hands in front of the camera.
Page and Brown had one more public date in March 2022.
Page and Brown have kept their relationship mostly private, but the longtime couple made a public appearance on March 9 at the Dunhill GQ Pre-BAFTA Filmmakers Dinner in London. Paige wore a black tuxedo and Brown wore a chic gold slip dress. Photos from their date can be seen on E!
Page and Brown will compete at Wimbledon in July 2022.
Page and Brown went out on a date in London on Friday, July 8, 2022, attending day 12 of the Wimbledon Tennis Championships at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club. Page wore a tan suit with a white button-down and a blue patterned tie. Brown wore a white V-neck sundress and black cat-eye sunglasses.
The match was the men’s singles semi-final between Novak Djokovic and Cameron Norrie.
They were seated alongside another Hollywood couple, Rami Malek and Lucy Boynton, who also wore their Wimbledon best. (Malek and Boynton later separated.)
They attended the BAFTAs in 2023 and 2024.
Although the couple continues to make limited public appearances, they appear to be enjoying attending the BAFTAs. They attended Charles Finch and Chanel’s 2023 pre-BAFTA party together, followed by Netflix’s annual BAFTA Awards after-party held at Chiltern Fire Station.
In 2024, they attended the BAFTA Gala at the Peninsula Hotel in London. The couple looked relaxed as they lovingly leaned on each other at the gala table.
They attended the Vanity Fair Oscar Party in March 2025.
On March 2, 2025, the two attended the annual post-Oscars Vanity Fair bash wearing matching brown ensembles. Page chose a Brunello Cucinelli tuxedo, while Brown wore a jumpsuit with a watercolor print and plunging neckline.
