Valerie Bertinelli has gone blonde.
At least on Instagram.
On Monday night, the actress took to her social media platform to post a selfie with layers of blonde hair and wrote, “Who disses new hair?”
Just below that, she declares in parentheses, “It’s a wig 🤭.”
But there’s a good chance that blonde is in her future, at least when it comes to her fans, temporary or not.
“Okay, blonde is great for you!” one commenter said.
“Before beautiful, beautiful, now I love blondes!” added another.
Her hairstylist Chris Appleton jumped into the comments section and shared, “What a surprise 😍.”
In an Instagram Story, a 65-year-old man tried to take off his wig, laughing and saying: “I have no idea how to take it off.”
“There’s a lot of pins in here,” she shared, adding, “And my hair is glued to my head.”
By the end of the video series, the actress pulled the wig completely back, revealing her natural brown hair underneath.
Back in June, Bertinelli revealed that she was nervous about returning to acting, but also revealed that she had started working on a new Lifetime project. “It’s a great script, written by a great writer, and the cast is beyond my imagination,” she elaborated on the project, which was shot over the summer in Vancouver.
As for her hair…is blonde really more fun?
I feel that Bertinelli will continue to play an active role.
