Tom Sandoval’s girlfriend, Victoria Robinson, was arrested on suspicion of brutally attacking him.
Page Six confirms that Robinson was released on bond and released on June 3, the same day as his arrest, and was also given a restraining order.
Robinson was arraigned in court Thursday, according to inmate records.
A representative for Mr. Sandoval could not be reached for comment.
In court documents obtained by Page Six, Sandoval claims he first got into an argument with Robinson’s father after a night of drinking on June 3, when he grabbed her and punched her in the bedroom where she had barricaded herself fearing for her safety. She claimed Robinson then came into her room and punched her in the face, injuring her neck and ear.
Sandoval claims the impact of Robinson’s blow was so strong that it blurred his vision.
“I was punched by (Mr Robinson) that night, which left me with bruises around my temple and eyebrow and bleeding from my ears and neck,” he claimed. “I had been having pain in my mouth for two weeks, so I went to the ER to be seen.”
Still, Sandoval said he answered calls from the jail after Robinson was arrested and helped fund his mother’s bail.
“In hindsight, I deeply regret that decision,” he says.
Sandoval alleges in the documents that throughout their relationship, which began in February 2024, Robinson has been physically abusive, including punching her in the face, punching her in the neck, throwing Gatorade bottles, and verbally assaulting her.
Sandoval claims that Robinson and her father continue to live in a rented house where they pay rent, and that Sandoval has been “totally ejected” from their home.
“I am extremely concerned for my safety and well-being and need to regain access to and control of my home, vehicle, and belongings,” he said.
Sandoval claims he has stayed at various hotels and friends’ homes since the June 3 incident.
“I am requesting an immediate removal order because I am genuinely afraid of returning (to the residence) while (Robinson) and her father remain there, and I have no alternative long-term accommodation,” he said in the document.

Sandoval, 43, and Robinson, 33, have had a tumultuous relationship. In December 2024, she posted a scathing post suggesting that he had cheated on her. She later got it back.
“I really made a bad decision in a situation,” she said on her Instagram Story. “Tom didn’t do anything.”
